people when men do the bare minimum: 😩
@Theratsintrenchcoat4 ай бұрын
Government_hooker, we should all be complimenting parents for doing the "bare minimum"... Taking care of, being kind to their kids, having fun with them, and being there for them. Some people get told that a roof over their head, food, and clothes, are the bare minimum, when it isn't. This little girl is clearly happy. So please take your negativity somewhere else, or lift up people who are kind and good to their kids instead. ❤️
@Skibididibidido4 ай бұрын
@@Theratsintrenchcoat I disagree. You shouldn't be praised for doing the bare minimum or what's required of you. Being an actual parent who takes care of the child you chose to bring into the world, doesn't mean you deserve a cookie. Praising people for doing what they should be doing to begin with will only trivialize it. People will only do these things for accolades and not genuinely because they love their kids. It also isn't being negative to point this out. You can think this video is adorable (which it is) and still think parenting shouldn't be praised.
@tensai_kodai4 ай бұрын
@@Skibididibidido"Praising people for what they should be doing to begin with only trivializes it." How? When? In what reality? Good parenting is a sacred and selfless act that benefits our society. Why not praise good parents? And let's not forget parental figures in children's lives like teachers, mentors, day care sitters, etc. They are certainly parenting children and should be praised when they do so. We are in dire need of more praise and more positivity towards those that sacrifice for the betterment of us all.

He is a great example of a father who is actively involved in his daughter's life. He takes the time to teach her how to be treated with respect and kindness, modeling the behavior he expects from others. It is clear that he values his daughter and wants her to grow up with a strong sense of self-worth. More dads like him are needed to show their daughters that they are loved and valued, and to teach them how to demand the same treatment from others.
