蛋肉腸粉 egg and meat rice noodle rolls with spring onions and pickles are literally my childhood favorite breakfast food. I like that they use the stainless steel machine to steam, but I won’t add that much sauce nor chilly oil 😅😋 I need to visit Shenzhen againnnn😋😋😋😋

Yeah, you can find western food here, but normally what you see in the videos will be all I eat when I go out (unless I order takeaway at home). The rest of the time I’m normally eating my own food to help with my fitness goals. But whenever I go out, I’ll be sure to show you all!! 😎

Actually, authentic changfen is rare in Shenzhen😂or rather, Changfen here usually mixes different styles. The rice rolls is Guangzhou style while the sauce is Puning style😂Maybe that’s Shenzhen style🤣

There are many different styles of Changfen in Guangdong.🤣 I'm not familiar with "潮汕肠粉," but as for "广式肠粉," "山水肠粉（后海站)," "何粤轩正宗烧腊(红岭北站)," 大众竹盖肠粉(元芬)," 云初山城肠粉(赤尾) "are highly recommended in Shenzhen👀👀 However, for people from outside Guangdong (let alone foreigners), it might be a little difficult to tell the difference between them. It's just something that locals care about, like how Italians distinguish between pizzas🤣🤣🤣So don't feel pressured. That's not a big deal😝😘

Chinese food is known to be greasy & salty. Ironically, when I bought a small cake near the train station it was bland. The decoration got me to buy it in the 1st place. Probably better that it was bland than greasy and salty 😜 Yeah I went to the Philippines, and from the things that I had there and the little memory I have of it now, I’d say that the food was even greasier and saltier when I was in the Philippines
