Hi Nurse, nurse here too and considering traveling with my two cats as well. I discovered stainless steal or metal litter boxes recently and it’s a game changer for smell. Plastic litter boxes absorb foul Oders and even cleaning with bleach is only masking the Oder temporarily and toxic to smell that bleach. Try the stainless steel litter pan. Really worth it and they will never need replacement either. Cleaning them is so easy and their pee doesn’t stick to the bottom. I buy that same vegan cheese! Sooo good.

I agree with your roommate on the rice. I remember 1 evening my mom was gonna make that and I said NO mom wait let me run out that smells like underarm so I bolted to the front door as everyone laughed. 20 minutes later more than half were sitting outside with me 🤣 I ruin that brand of rice for them

Fyi, lettuce and greens... put them in a zip lock style bag with a paper towel and squeeze the air out. Takes much less fridge real-estate!
