That’s the most aggressive I think I have ever seen you drive a sprint car. Second sucks but that was a great comeback and the car is in the trailer in one piece. Good job Tanner and family

Was so glad to see your new car ran so well for the first time out. You did a fine job nursing the tires and what a nice recovery after the spin from 18th to 2nd. Fine job!
@frankisfunny20072 жыл бұрын
You know, this was the most impressive race you've had this season, Tanner. You spun, but recovered to 2nd. You are trying to be a bit more aggressive, and it shows that you are being more aggressive. Plus, you haven't had a broken part at the track. That's another positive.
@lieutenantcliff2 жыл бұрын
Wow!!!!! Watching you thread the needle on some of those passes had me clinching and grinding my teeth. Mistakes were made but you made up for it in a second place. Learn from this and come out swinging next week. Good job, can't wait for next week. ✌

Hey, Tanner, coming back from a spin and running from 18th back up to 2nd is nothing to sneeze at, especially seeing that you ended up with a flat tire too. That new car is working well and you should be able to put it in Victory Lane next race. God Bless and stay safe.

I could tell from the beginning that the 18T would be a force to be reckoned with. Finishing 2nd sucks but I honestly wouldn't be that upset if I spun out and clawed my way back to the front. Hopefully next time y'all can finish one more spot better and bring home another trophy. Regroup, see what y'all can improve upon and give em hell next week.

Man that new car looks really fast, you could even tell in qualy. Certainly sucks for the spin but 2nd is nothing to hang your head on. A good finish to start off the real "meat" of the PNW sprint car season! Can't wait to see you at skagit, they implemented new restart rules and actually had the track slick in hot laps and was probably the best sprint car race there that I've seen in recent memory!
@kennethstitt65842 жыл бұрын
Good job man! Way to keep your kool after the mishap! I'd say that new car fits you just fine.. good driving and had the rr not started to go down you probably would've got both those guys on that last restart! Well at this track I would have to agree, you should be up there competing for the win in the A feature. Of course, having that mad'On really seemed to give you that extra speed you needed to get back up to the front. Needless to say, as quick as you were hustling the car. If that right rear tire doesn't go soft on you. Your definitely winning thay race; due to the fact you still were able. To pass and keep the person you past for second behind you. While still gaining on the leader of the race, from my perspective anyways... So the take away is not to do this during a midwest trip, or some track you don't have as many laps on... So you just have to remain calm, and race your own race, and not allowing what other drivers are doing to effect your race.

12:31 *_"The smaller tire (d?) cars"_* What are you talking about? Some cars have smaller tires? No offense, but you weren't great at the beginning. They were picking you off bottom of 2. You inherited 4th when those two got together. When you drove off the track, you really hadn't passed anybody yet.
@deronshank752 жыл бұрын
Look at it this way that little mistake could possibly have saved you from being the car that got shuffled back last couple laps when the two leaders got together. Also remember there was a big tangle that took about six cars out would you have been in that tangle if you hadnt spun ? You cant always beat yourself up for making mistakes. Your human and everyone makes mistakes. I make them daily. Dale Earnhardt made them daily and hes one of the Goats. Take it as it comes one day at a time cuz tomorrows never promised. Ur Living a dream, seconds better then third buddy. Chin up moving forward and keep that loud pedal smashed. How did Carly end up finsihing ? Talk to u next video. PA LOVE to THR/CHR 18T/22C
