Nothing worse than losing brakes. Back in 2000 I had a 86 Ttop IROC-Z and was coming up to a red light. Guy in front of me locked it up with a yellow light and i stomped the brakes and the hit the floor. Thank god the emergency brake was right next to the shifter in the center console. And the fact it actually worked 😂 wasnt but a sheet of paper or two between us when it finally stopped.

Man I wanted one of them Iroc's so bad when I was 13 or 14 or so. My cousins boyfriend had one. He'd take her brother and me to ball practice and drop us off at school sometimes. All that did was make us think 16 was never gonna come lol

Roger that ! I just got in from working on my son's van. He called earlier and said he was broke down a few miles from here. A hose on his power steering blew out. Him and his girlfriend were cruising the back roads. I got lost trying to find them. Then, I realized my van was on empty ! Lol. But I found him and got the hose fixed and got them going. And I made it to the gas station. So all is good ! Lol😅

I've had my old 1999 Toyota van for 8 years. It had 325,000+ miles on it and still running and driving real good. I'm going to drive it until it's totally shot ! Lol

yeah I have had a brake line rust out on me. I took a hammer flattened the rusty line then rolled it over about 5 times and smashed it flat till it didn't leak. I wasn't the best thing to do but it made it home. I guess you have to do what it takes.

@thegotchaman I feel your pain. My son played the highest level of youth hockey. He is now playing junior hockey. He is a goalie. I don't even know exact but his equipment alone cost around $6,000. Just his helmet is $1,000!! Then between team fees, travel, housing cause he moved to New England for 7-8months of the year starting at 15 yrs old. Bro it's insane. Prob another $15-18,000 on top of his equipment. Not to be a dick but I'd pay for football gear any day! Lol😂😂. But I get it, equipment for our kids is crazy $$! I don't think I knew he played football. You had said not long ago sports wasn't your thing so I assumed kids weren't into them. 👍

Just sayin... I only had one kidney stone in my lifetime and it was after i got on a hot tea drinking kick. My uncle used to get stones the size of kydney beans.. Never got help with passing them either! I quit tea and never got another one. Mine was the size of a grain of sand. And i felt the pain! Its the worse!

Burnout Betty sprang a leak poor girl. Lost brakes in my '70 Chevelle just as I pulled into the gas station and the guy wanted $18..00 for a hose, found a screw and fixed it til I got home and my old man could fix it. Chevrolet people can survive 😅. PAY THAT TRUCK OFF BABY WHOO 🛻🛻🛻🛻. Blessings to you and your family
