What a Discovery! Rampart Casino & JW Marriott in Summerlin

Love all your videos! We've been staying at the JW Marriot since it opened back in the late 90s when it was The Resort at Summerlin. We stay 2-4x a year there and it's our home base when staying in Vegas. So relaxing and the size of the casino is just right, not too small, but not so big that you get lost. Staff is so friendly throughout the resort and the food options are also a nice plus! The new Spa Tower remodel is going to transform the resort, it was the one thing that was definitely needed. The rooms are very nice but getting a bit tired around the edges and brass everywhere. Can't wait to stay in the "new" rooms, hopefully some will be ready when we go in 3 weeks, but if not, the Palm Tower rooms are just fine, and I believe those will be renewed once the Spa rooms are done. Thanks Dale & Paula for all you do, and please return to JW Marriot soon to review the new refresh, and try a few more dining options.

It’s a nice resort, but definitely caters to an older clientele on the gaming floor. More walkers, oxygen tanks and silver maidens than I can count.

Thanks for another great look at something that can be overlooked. That resort would be a great destination for someone who has stayed on The Strip or downtown so many times that it is becoming "ho-hum."

Love your videos. I gave 10 years of my life, sweat, blood and tears to this place. Even worked shortened hours covering the property during COVID. Still so much disrespect to this property. I always enjoyed this place. The way I was treated, no way. After I left almost my whole team left. So sad I used to enjoy this place.

I use to stay there often 12-15 years ago. It was a very relaxing place and they treated people pretty good. Didn't need big action at the tables to get set up

When I lived in that area Summerlin was still dirt in many places. That was just 20ish years ago. It unbelievable how much people have made on that once cheap land.

Looks like a lovely place. I watched Danny the Medic's kind review of their dinner special. He's funny and it looked good. I just looked. The room prices are insane. Cheapest for tonight $999. Random Thursday at the end of the month $600+ for the lowest price. Wonderful job, both of you.

Over the past decade, I have been to Rampart Casino twice and Suncoast Casino twice. Since I don't go to those places very frequently, to this day, I still have those two properties completely mixed up in my mind. Perhaps it's time for me to head back out there in the next few weeks and really get it straight which property is which.

😊😊😊Market Place buffet the best value in Las Vegas. Join the slot club and they offer from time to time 2 for 1 or 50% off specials during the week. Delicious prime rib dinner for around $31.00 it's either this buffet or Southpoint Garden as far as I'm concerned.

A nice place but the casino has to be the smokiest casino that we have visited. The non smoking casino is too small. Red Rock and Durango have casinos where the smoke is not as bad.
