Hey James, Ironically my "best ever" upgrade in the Marriott portfolio was also at a JW Marriott. It was at the JW Marriott Cancun (surprise, surprise) in 2019 when we were upgraded to the presidential suite. The JW Marriott Cancun actually has (2) presidential suites with one being on the 12th floor and the other being on the 14th floor. It was simply AMAZING!! with roughly 3000 square feet of luxury put into every aspect of the room. It came completely unexpected but after long thought, we were not really that surprised as the staff at the JW Marriott Cancun always goes above and beyond to make their regulars feel like family. I did take a short video of the room and patio (not professional by any means!) that I could send you if interested. This footage was taken after the renovation was complete in March of 2019 so it is up to date. Anyway, it's nice to see a fellow Marriott Bonvoy member reaping the benefits of what I feel is the best hotel loyalty program out there!!

We stayed there got the large one bed upgrade, 2 baths, dinning table, living room, really nice, the next time we went, got a palm tower room, top floor, full length balcony with a day bed, also gave us cabana at the pool. Nice to be away from the strip.

@@Coolist Well...Hilton dont offer a "guaranteed" 4pm checkout for elites. Every time I stay at a Hilton I need to fight to stay after 11am
