There are some times you run soo fast that your feet can’t just catch up with your body and you can trip on your own self. At 2:02 you can see that the black girl in an attempt to widen her strides almost lost her balance, that momentary distraction might have also affected the Dutch lady, however the narrative that the tall lady bumped into the small lady didn’t happen. Let’s not try to force it just because it seems more plausible and compelling. There are tens of camera in that field catching from different angles, if in fact she bumped into her, she would have been called out for it immediately.

Watch the footage. She never reached over into her lane. The shorter girl got scared as the taller girl was approaching and could not handle her own speed. Subsequently, she folded. Give respect to both athletes and give credit where it’s due
