this is my first time getting into basketball of any kind (im a 30yo female and tend to prefer hockey since thats what i grew up watching/attending here in the midwest). but from an untrained eye, it looks to me like the iowa players are really smooth and controlled with their dribbling/passing/shooting while LSU seems "clunky"? Im not sure the right word for it. not sure if it is because they are taller and have longer limbs so they look more out of control (even when they are not)? iowa seems to be a pretty short team (when compared to other basketball players obviously haha). am i the only one seeing that? not that it matters since both teams are phenomenal skill wise. maybe it's my dance background that has me noticing style more than skill. lol

This isn't much about Reese's and Caitlin but the most important thing is what can the teams do with them on the team. It takes a good coaching and team players to be great. This might be the only chance for women 🏀 to bring in the crowds and 💵💰💸. So far it's looking great

This game changed when Angel Reese got hurt half way into the second quarter. She was dominating. Baskets, rebounds, blocks and steals. Sad we only got to see this rivalry for really one season.

I am from Iowa and am a huge Iowa fan but in Van Lith’s defense, she had been very sick. I can’t believe they kept her on Clark. I have hated all season that no one gives Iowa any credit for having more than Caitlin. We have excellent shooters and Caitlin talks about them in every interview. She threw the ball to her brother for a momento. She threw the ball to her brother to keep for her.

14:45. Actually 🤓, going left while shooting with the right hand is much easier. Your arm and right leg are already aligned with the rim. (Source. Am a shooter. Have played higher levels of ball.) That's why Caitlin's money shot is that left side. She is always hunting for that side. That is the side she broke the scoring record on.
