What in your opinion is the tried and true best starting item for kallari jungle? I usually try to counter build but I’m just curious on what you think?

First item should benefit the Hero 100%. Counter-items provide advantage but it’s more so at 3 you need it. First 2 items are for what pumps that heroes speciality. I definitely would go Echelon cloak only because it’s double up on invis
