right after finishing the video, i got on to my map and went to a lodge and got two diamond plains bison. There was a big herd and got the first one, then look across the lake and see a full diamond just standing there.

It’s because diamonds are rare so it’s an achievement to get one

Statistically, albinos should be harder. But, it is random chance. So if you get more albinos than melas, then you have good luck.

You have Sundar Patan reserve? Wild Yak diamonds are pretty easy. Check all lakes (mostly in the North) during Yak drinktime and you probably find a level 9. Diamonds can appear anywhere on the map, I don't think there are hotspots

My first 5 level 5 Moose were all trolls. Then messed up a big level 4, which would have been a diamond 😢. Wasn't aware a level 4 Moose can make diamond. Completely devastated and didn't play for 2 weeks 😵‍💫 Don't give up yet, keep at it and you'll get one.
