Check out LET‘S GO of Emigrate. Till and Richard really sing along and the Lyrics by Richard are telling their story so wonderfully. Other than typical Rammstein lyrics by Till, there is no twist at the end. It is truly positive :) what a nice surprise. And the melody and feeling of the song are beautiful!

Till wrote the lyrics here too. Let's Go simply describes their beginnings. They were dirt poor. Things changed a bit after the album Sehnsucht came out.

True, they had the same wife. Till divorced and Richard married her later.. this video shows in some way how their friendship could survive it. Eat you alive is a good song from Emigrated but you remember wrong.. Till is not part of Emigrated, it's Richards project. Till has his own named just by his name while Richards is the band Emigrated. You should really check out the Emigrated songs "War" and "You're so beautiful" ...if you want some Lindeman you could go with "Fish On" or "Knebel" if you want some really darker but beautiful things from him.. But thought they still have the sound of Rammstein they are so alike yet so apart... And both soooo good imo

Richard never married Till's ex-wife. But he has a daughter Khira (a very well-known Berlin DJ) with her. She calls herself Khira Li on social media, Li stands for Lindemann, because Till was separated from her mother at the time in the early 90s but not yet divorced, but her mother never gave up the name.

Richard had a relationship with Till's ex-wife resulting in a daughter being born. Because Richard and Till's ex-wife never married, their daughter, Khira Li has Till's surname. So, yes, there's a bit of history between them that goes beyond their relationship within Rammstein. I'm not a fan of Emigrate as a rule, other than as a backing vocal, I'm not keen on Richard's voice either. I like my music heavier. I really do enjoy this version of this song though. Puts a new perspective on it to encompass not just romantic relationships. Love the " I call you" from Till at the end as well😂

Yeah, must be some friendship to survive Your friend having a daughter with Your surname since she was born to Your ex who kept Your name. Congratulations to all involved to stay friends. Chapeau!

Es gibt noch ein Lied von Lindemann, wo ich nirgends eine Reaktion darauf finde. Vielleicht von dir.😉 kzbin.info/www/bejne/lYCxqqaJqdeJn68si=ZBoXEIxOWFyFLke9

Emigrate is Richards solo project. Originally, Ollie, Rammstein's bassist, was set to join him, and early press releases for the band mentioned this. He didn't join Richard though for whatever reason, and ended up getting Margaux Bossieux as the bass player. Richard would end up dating her and having a daughter with her, so funny how things might have worked out if Ollie had joined like originally planned. They aren't together anymore though.
