i think not at much as in panic mode since in panic mode you can buy an upgrade to increase your attack, move atk, atk spd, vamp, and much more to max out your damage output

This build is good but u can change rapid fire scaf for focus band or other held item because dragon dance give u a attack speed buff as same as rapid fire scaf
