In case, yall don't know about FujiGen, They are well known for their workmanship as well as being the maker of some fine guitars for major brands, especially Fender. And because of their high repute, you can rest assured of their stellar quality and workmanship.
The Odyssey (OS) series is the very first original FGN guitar. It was designed with precision & detail stemming from a long history of guitar manufacturing experience. These guitars are relatively simple with a traditional taste yet sport very useful modern & practical features for today's musicians.
Maple quarter-sawn 1-pc neck. Luminous side dots to glow on the dark stage.
Rolled edge fingerboard with Narrow-tall nickel silver frets.
5-way lever with "Double-tricky" switching system
FGN Three-String Tree and GOTOH® vintage style Magnum Lock tuners.
FGN XPERT Humbucker & OS-2 Single coil pickups and GOTOH®510 tremolo bridge.
All FGN guitars and basses come with a unique Circle Fretting System (C.F.S.). It was created by FGN based on an idea to offer better pitch and articulation than conventional guitars and basses. All frets are installed on fingerboard in slightly curved shape, so that every string crosses all the frets in 90 degrees, i.e. to offer a minimum contact of string on a fret, and it makes the scale length of every string even while it actually varies on conventional fretting. The C.F.S. is a solution of fretting on a traditional guitar and bass and it offers clearer articulation and tones which give dimension when you play a cord and also cut through the mix when you play single notes.
Compound radius fingerboard
The compound radius fingerboard has smaller (rounder) radius towards nut while larger (flatter) radius towards neck end i.e. similar to a shape of a cone.This allows for much easier chord playing at lower frets while having less stress, especially when bending strings at higher registers.

I have the same FGN, but in the 2012 configuration, and red transparent. The build quality is impeccable. FGN is the best factory of all.

I actually own an Ibanez Jem VBK from 1990 made by Fujigen (FGN). I am the only owner, so I can testify to the craftsmanship and quality the Fujigen guitarmakers. After seeing this video, I'm going to take a look at these guitars and see if I can find one to try out next time I go abroad.

It’s funny, because when I first saw the guitar, it looked like a cheap Amazon special. The super white maple neck and the headstock logo just looked cheap. Then you went through the details, and I realized this thing is a gem!

Good evening, a little and with a closed eye it slightly reminds me of my SX Stratocater (swamp ash) in almost the same color (I like it very much + 7 other SX). This is of course an exaggeration, the shape of the body (Superstrat), the configuration of the sensors, the price, etc... is different. This is a beautiful guitar with a very nice sound. I like it very much. I won't talk about the sound performance, but....excellent as always. Thank you for a pleasant video for almost Friday midnight (our time). Hello and I wish you a nice weekend. Jon, I seem to own a cousin of this guitar. It's the Schecter blue California Classic, also made by Fujigen. They call their color ""Transparent Sky Burst". Yeah, I'm a sucker for blue guitars! The Schecter has stainless steel frets and a quilted maple top without a pickguard. And it costs a lot more than the one you got. Some times I wonder if I got ripped off, but I forget that whenever I look at it. Rock on!

Is there any better guitar than a Strat ? Anyway this FGN is so beautiful with that ash grain seen through the blue color. Sound wise it offers a very large range of tones. No doubt Japan makes pieces of art for whatever they build, like Yamaha guitars (and bikes ) . As usual such a goid music to start your demo, quite groovy this time, thanks.
