Trully epic capture of the KC10 going into the cloud base with all the movement it causes. Just shows you with patience, a steady hand and smooth operation what you can get. A beautiful big bird and such a great engine howl ... And those vortices into the cloud ❤😍 They had a good journey that day too, I believe they ended up in Qatar at Al Udeid air base.

You mean FedEx and UPS isn't buying them up for Cargo anymore? So sad to see another aircraft from my youth retire. 🥲 My nephew was a Boom Operator on the KC-10. Heavy sigh. On to something better. Is the KC-46 Pegasus better?
