Looks so yummy! This year was my first totally plant based thanksgiving and it was wonderful ❤. I found so many great recipes for inspiration but couldn’t make them all so maybe some of the alternate recipes will make for Christmas. I had Trader Joe’s roast for Thanksgiving and have a the Gardein one for Christmas and am still on the lookout for the Tofurkey plant based ham.

I had the gardein roast, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, rutabagas, rolls and cranberry sauce. ALL VEGAN. I made all this just for my mom and I. 😅 It was bomb tho. Your’s looked amazing as well… That noddle dish 🤤🤌🏻

It's amazing you get to enjoy a fully vegan Thanksgiving with your family! Amazing food with a wonderful company. For the third year in a row my family is having a veggie Christmas and I am beyond happy they're willing to skip the meat-based dishes (maybe one day it'll be fully plant-based too :D)
