Nope I haven’t heard this before if I have I would have said so. I match his melody cos I am a song writer and singer who sings by the ear. So it’s not unusual for me. I follow along songs I never heard before in my day to day life. At home my hubby would ask me have you heard this before cos I tend to follow songs that come up when we are watching things and it always surprises him. I for one thought everyone could just jump into songs they’ve never heard before because I find chord progressions predictable but apparently it’s not a skill everyone has so I am thankful this comes easy to me. This skill has saved me from being kicked out of the choir I was getting a scholarship to sing in this school choir but I did not know the songs but I was able to sing with them undetected and many cool stories around this I can share but then this comment is already too long.
