Lots of people have said to me they actually prefer it and I'm now getting used to it. I don't think I look like me when starring in the mirror. I am beginning to feel better about myself now. It was just a shock. Thank you my lovely (not sure I'm quite lush yet ) 🤣

Really suits you short Sam!!!! You look so young, but don’t loose your confidence as you have such a lovely personality. My daughter is a hairdresser and I was many years ago, if you wanted my advice all you need to do is to find a hairdressers we’re your recommended to and just get them to even the sides for you and gell the top, but you really look good ...good luck with the bowls. X

Hi Sam, agree it gets a bit frustrating when the weigh doesn’t come off as easily as when you first start-I’ve had the same. Have another chat with your consultant to see if she has any other ideas before resetting your target. Your hair looks great Sam, think it really suits you. If your not happy with it may be go back to your usual hairdresser. You certainly had a busy week. When I weighed in on Thursday, after hovering up & down for a couple of weeks I achieved my 3st award. More to loose & have 7lbs to get to my target. 😊

Sam, I like your hair and I think it makes your face looks slimmer, and it looks lovely and shiny. But if you really hate it lovely, it will soon grow. I have had lots of positive and nice messages from so many people. I just found it so much shorter as I was wanting to grow my hair but just wanted it layered slightly. The hairdresser had other ideas lol. I am getting it used to it now. Thank you for your kind comment xx

Hi Sam I think that is a good decision regarding your target I am 5ft 6ins and 66 years old and my target is 12st 12lbs I have another 16lbs to lose before I get to target but my aim is to reach by Xmas I lose slowly and at the end of the day you have to live your life and enjoy yourself instead of dreading family and social get togethers Your hair is lovely but it will grow quickly love your colour I still dye mine not brave enough like you Sending love ❤ x

Hi Sam, Your hair looks fabulous and shows off your slim face! I understand how you feel, I’ve grown mine all winter and when its first cut you just feel a bit exposed, but get out in the sunshine ☀️ with it and your gorgeous jumper which is a great colour on you and enjoy the shorter cut, couple if weeks and it’ll have grown 😘 I went through chemo 10 yrs ago, the worse part losing my hair I was 45, had long hair all my life and shaving it off when the time came was very liberating. As it grew back 4 months later I loved every stage and realised my hair is external its not what makes me me if you know what I mean. Good luck with all the exciting things going on look forward to next weeks chat 😘 I’m just off to see if I can drive first time since my op in Jan 🤞🤞🤞🤣☀️😘

What a tough week for you Sam I so hope that your new week is much better. I raised my target weight last week because like you I thought my target seemed unreachable, I’m much more at ease with it now. Like you I can change it when I get there should I choose to do so. Hi Sam your hair is OK. I know how you feel, I'm losing mine because of medication I have to take. The last couple if weeks I've been wearing a week. My confidence was very low. I'm 59. However, the comments I've been getting have been great and really helped. People think it's my hair, I'm honest and tell them it's a wig. Hair is important to a woman. I put on a pound last week. Not confident for Wednesday weigh in, had couple of days off plan including Mothers day. Good luck with the votes. Here's to a better week. Take care 😘 xx

Hi Sam well I think your hair looks nice lv.but it’s how you feel yourself . I’m finding it very hard to loose weight now I’m 68 it’s taken me months just to lose l stone talking ex amount of tablets aswell for one thing and another..I get so down with it all it doesn’t help as I’m diabetic .keep on trying .I feel loads better just loosing one stone .I wish you well Sam you got this lv x

I like your hair it makes you look younger just get the side bits cut even . I don’t like any football . The diet works if you stick to it was my mindset I got a free 12 weeks at WW 10 + years ago I threw myself into it by making recipes finding out points on food etc I lost every week . & I found a good routine I only lost 1&half lbs a week but I lost 20lbs in the 12 weeks I ended up losing 3stones in total . I did put some back on over the years but I’m now even lighter . I’m eating gut healthy food & not snacking between meals . It’s going well for me mostly . I have bad days too I ate 2 bags of crisps Saturday after shopping I’ve hidden the other 3 bags in the boot of my car 😅. I lost weight for heath too . I love hot cross buns I picked them up last week & looked at the carbs & sugar & put them back for now . I do freeze them when I get some to stop me eating them all .
