I feel like D. Rose beat the "What If??" He beat all odds to come back and show he was still a major problem....yeah he ain't no champion but he's more than worthy of a Hall Of Fame slot.

A true shame D-Rose looks likely to be the first MVP to miss out on the HoF. At least he's managed to stay in the league this long
@LockdownK9 ай бұрын
If it were me I'd put him in the HOF, it was because of him I even got into basketball.
@thebestcentaur9 ай бұрын
@@LockdownK I completely understand (because honestly, me too somewhat) and I know a LOT of people are gonna say he will (or should) make it on the MVP alone. But people forget that players with arguably better resumes than him are still not enshrined in Springfield (look at Chauncey Billups, for instance). But then again, Chris Webber, David Thompson, and Ralph Sampson are in, so I guess it's a wild card at this point

I’d say it’s Len Bias since we never got to see him in the league before he died. D Rose was a MVP caliber player who suffered injuries that made him regress. Len Bias was talked about possibly being better than Jordan when they were both coming out of college

It's crazy seeing how this draft turned out. Yes, there's always bust and players that suffer terrible injuries; but Rose, Beasley, Gordon and Mayo were supposed to run the NBA. They were running college basketball and getting all of the hype over everybody else from this draft. Then you have the players that couldn't adapt to the league changing.
