Just got my first aeg, literally followed your advice before even seeing this video. I picked up a tactical force m4 CQB by Umarex, came with two high cap mags and a mock suppressor, metal gear box, outer barrel and tight bore inner barrel. Can't wait to go play my first game! Also thanks for all the advice and tips and just everything you do, stay safe, stay frosty, and have a groovy day.

The best budget gun for a starter rifle I would say is any of the combat machines by G&G. Great price, extremely reliable for the most part and come with electrnic trigger unit and mosfet for less than 200 quid

I actually picked up a cqb tri shot shotgun for only 120 NZD and it is amazing of course it doesent shoot as far as an aeg but it has NEVER jammed so I always bring it to the field along side my hpa m4 setup so if my m4 commits despacito i can just use the cyma tri shot

One thing I wish I new as a beginner is just spend the extra money and get a good AEG, get a Krytac you could even get a Alpha or a KWA... I've heard good things about the Avalon gearbox but I had a Gen1 and Gen2 and they both broke but it's always the Piston and tappet plate that break in them so if you wanna swap those out to begin with then you'll probably be ok

I started with a cheap gun not liking it at all so then i started buying second hand guns from wich i was not to positive about. I personally think that a Tokyo Marui would be a great first gun its a little more expensive but its better to buy 1 good replica en enjoy airsoft then buy 10 cheaper replica’s en spend more.

I agree with most of what you cats said but the AEG vs. GBBR I can't agree. The reason I got into airsoft is to have fun but at as much realism as I can get without shelling out thousands for the real steel guns I really want. You aren't going to get that with an AEG. You will get the looks but really no function. My first AEG was a Tokyo Marui MP5 that I got 20 years ago. I remembered the delay in firing from the trigger press, the gear noises, etc.. It was odd and unnatural. I lost the gun in a move within a year of getting it and only very recently got back into it and I asked some people if that has changed with AEG and they all said oh yeah, there no delay, oh man, the technology has advanced so much since then. Not true at all. All of that still exists even the most tricked out AEG's. And please let me say that all of that stuff is fine for certain people. If you dig that then cool, that's what you like that's great. BUT if you are like me and want all around realism then you can't go wrong with a GBBR. Also, I don't know what issues you guys have with the maintenance on a GBBR. I can field strip my gun in seconds and address issues on the fly. Its super easy to clean and lubricate and its also fun to perform maintenance because its so much like its real steel counterpart. Now to be honest I've been doing some research and actually have a Krytac MKII Trident in my wishlist on an airsoft site but I have to say, the more I think about it and see vids of AEG's in action I don't think I could bring myself to buy one. Anyway, you guys are great, awesome vids, very informative and well done!!! Keep up the great work. Cheers from South Louisiana.
@MKAnr14 жыл бұрын
I totally agree. I have been playing with AEG for over 10 years. and everyone says exactly what they say they are hard to deal with. Now I have had GBBR for 1 year TM MWS and it is so much easier to repair than an AEG, and maintenance is something that takes 1 minute if you bother. My MWS has never broke and I play almost every weekend. I also have a WE PDW GBBR the quality is not the same and it breaks down once in a while, but it is SUPER easy to fix, takes a few minutes to completely disassemble. Think a lot of it comes from people who have heard that it is difficult and not from people who know anything about it.

Mosfets are very important because your gonna eat to run a lipo and mosfets protect your trigger contacts and also Krytac and KWA both come with 6.05 inner barrels so neither come with a tight bore 6.03 is the widest inner barrel that's considered "tight bore"... Buy Elite Force 140rnd mid caps they are cheap you can get 10 for $60 you guys should remake this video and do your homework instead of talking about what you've experienced or what you think is necessary you don't need a bunch of upgrades but most guns that come with tight bore the inner barrels are garbage and you'd be better off with a good standard bore and a Maple Leaf rubber and most guns do at least need the gears shimmed because without them being shimmed your gearbox will consistently lock up on you I like your channel but you guys got alot of things wrong
