If anyone is reading this and wondering Its actually not a random trash phone if you think so just because you saw it in an ad. I have a red magic 7 and it is insanely good. Huge screen, charges insanely fast, ridiuclously cheap compared to phones with similar power, headhone jack, Genshin at max settings full frame rate. Nice battery life. Also has a laptops worth of ram. Never going back to Samsung they're so overpriced while lacking in many areas.

@@jeremy8316 well hes got the attack speed burst going for him (which is nice for a claymore character), and he at least fulfills half of the superconduct equation that he and xinyan benefit from. so unless you want to sacrifice that extra damage, you can go razor-cryo-any-any while for xinyan, you need xinyan-cryo-electro-any. razor is at least the EASIER of the two given that alone, which doesn't really mean anything if you just like xinyan more (or if you prefer some shielding to no shield and don't like noelle).

Rosaria is also the best official Genshin character at having the weakest presence in the game despite being in the game for so long. She only has one brief permanent appearance in someone else's character quest and has only had side roles and cameo appearances in events. Even Xinyan has had more screen time than Rosaria since she has appeared as a central character in 2 events and has some occasional minor appearances. Even other characters with weak presences like Diona or Chongyun at least have a hangout quest to their name and Diona now acts as our tutorial for Genius Invokation TCG. Rosaria has no big break, no story line with a focus on her, she has only ever been the weird nun that we occasionally see from time to time If Genshin ever discontinued event stories, then Rosaria would beat out Xinyan on a technicality as Xinyan has no permanent appearance in the game while Rosaria can be encountered at the start of Albedo's character quest. Any new players starting out now would never see Xinyan unless they pulled her on a wish.

She has always been one of my favorites, but I don't think they could put a spotlight on her yet. who she is, and what she's been through in her profile story, would not allow it. She'll probably remain in the backgrounds a little longer until she gets more comfortable with the traveler and Paimon

Since we know Xinyan learned rock'n'roll in Fontaine, her Hangout could be related to it, while Rosaria has her past with her father and Varka, and her refusal to abide by the Church's rule, which could be quite an interesting plot point for a Hangout.

Amber also got overlooked in that her burst is the applies the most amount of pyro application in a single use (18 pyro hits translates to 6 pyro apps in the 2 seconds her burst is active). This makes her also one of the best characters for destroying Cryo shields, and she's a great secondary support option when you want to bust a shield. Kaeya also is the best cryo battery in terms of energy generation for freeze teams because he generates extra particles against frozen enemies. Qiqi is also the best user of the Clam set, as she provides the most amount of healing while simultaneously providing the cryo half of superconduct to improve the Clam's bubble damage. Razor is the best on-field electro burgeon damage. Burgeon you say? Yes, with c6 Bennett support, Razor's normals become infused with Pyro to do burgeon instead of Hyperbloom. But the reason why Razor is the best, is because when his burst is active inside Bennett's burst, Razor's self-apply electro and Bennett's self-apply Pyro will cause self-overloads for extra EM-scaling damage. Xinyan has the best non-constellation locked and non-normal attack locked pyro shield in the game... yeah, I'm grasping at straws here. c4 Yanfei is the best Pyro shielder so whatever...

Not when speed is factored in. Ayaka is queen of normal sword attacks. Keqing of sword charged attacks. Scaremouche is king of both, but can't vape melt even with infusions.

@@simplysolus8916 for swords, Ayaka has a 2.35ish second talent combo, Kaeya has a 2.4ish second attack combo. At level ten, Kaeya has roughly 90% higher scaling than Ayaka which only matters when normal attack SCALING buffs come into play (Yunjin and Shenhe give a bigger bonus to higher multipliers). So you aren’t entirely wrong but Kaeya having something unique to him doesn’t make ayaka worse than him at all. On paper, Kaeya’s scaling is higher than Ayaka’s but that’s to be expected considering Ayaka is balanced around her solo kit which outputs far more multi target damage with her charged attack, and her burst being damage oriented rather than kaeya’s being an application tool(and Ayaka ascends crit damage). Both characters also want to use their charged attack to cancel their combo but kaeya’s is far slower with lower scaling so that’s why you’ll never see Chongyun, Kaeya, Shenhe being spoken about as a mono cryo alternate to Ayaka + Shenhe + (possible anemo, a healer, a shield, their are a lot of alternatives you can have if you don’t rely on chongyun). Kaeya is far more team reliant because his insanely high normal attacks are the best to infuse with another element so he can react with his short skill and burst. Ayaka has her own infusion making her teams more flexible. (and not requiring C6 Bennett to have access to a Pyro infusion). If you like freeze and have Candace, you’ll probably like her synergy with Kaeya if you ever want to build a second freeze team for abyss. I highly recommended it as a cryo fan.

@@simplysolus8916 he didn’t get an attack buff but depending on frame rate your results will vary. I’ve taken the numbers based 120 fps but he’ll take more time to recover on 60 fps. (Fps effects how quickly genshin updates the “state” of your character which makes certain actions worse. For example, Nahida’s skill can miss an opponent is you hold skill and spin your camera too fast at 30 fps.) I also took these times at the soonest cancellable N5 frame, so this means dashing before the ending hops of N5, and for Ayaka dashing after N5 as soon as possible. The difference is Kaeya has no multi hits unlike Ayaka, making the pause between N4 and N5 feel much longer considering Ayaka does 3 hits on her N4 that lead into N5. Of course, human error can have an effect on my final number

This is my team actually. I've got Nahida, C6 Bennet, off field water user (haven't chosen one yet, there are many gonna try out Yelan now lol), and Razor. I use all their bursts and by the time Razor's burst is over they're a couple particles away from bursting again lmao. I just got C6 Bennet and I've been waiting for so long, before this I was using Xinyan but her sheild sucks at staying alive, it just hits itself most of the time when there are Dendro seeds around and just breaks, not to mention she needs 2 enemies around or her burst to actually be an off field fighter.

If Xinyan was either electro or cryo, she would be much better than her current self. If she was cryo, then she could be like a particle generator for eula and a physical res shredder (If you don't have mika that is), and if she was electro then she could arguably replace lisa in eula team. Her constant electro from her elemental skill could also help eula so much. Maybe Eula, Mika, Lisa, and xinyan would have been an actual viable team.

I'm pretty sure Eula has the biggest cryo defense shred and the highest physical defense shred out of any character with her elemental skill as well. It shreds 25% cryo and physical defense for 7 seconds. Lisa, Rosaria, and Shenhe each shred 15%, Zhongli shreds 20%

Eula, Rosaria, Shenhe and Zhongli do not shred defense. They debuff resists, which is different, and what you meant (and this means Lisa should not be included, as she debuffs defense). Rosaria is a 20% phys resist debuff, not 15%. C1 Ganyu debuffs cryo res by 15%.

@@PhishCet Resists are a percentage reduction in the damage of that type. So say you have the 4 different element team resonance (15% resists to all), then a hit that would do 1000 instead deals 850, and one for 10,000 would deal 8500. When it comes to debuffing resists, it works on the basis of resists - resist_debuffs. Debuffs are additive (so DR - resist_debuff1 - resist_debuff2). If resists are pushed below 0%, then any resist debuff is halved in effectiveness. Defense also reduces incoming damage, but by a different formula. This is part of why Lisa is effective for Eula teams... you are reducing both resists (superconduct, Eula's debuffs) and defense. The decrease in damage from defense is based on this formula: def / (def+(5*attacker_level)+500). And then there's other stuff that ties into it, like attacker level and so on. It's a bit more convoluted than resists. Defense debuffs reduce the defense value of the affected entity, and are capped at a 90% reduction (so a 500 def would be reduced to 50). Formulas aside, just consider it like the defensive version of DMG and atk%. Both work together to up your damage, but are separate stats. A buff to your DMG will improve your overall damage, but it doesn't touch your atk%, and the reverse as well. On the defensive side, you have resists and defense, two separate stats, both of which impact how much damage you (or enemies) take. As far as "shred" or "debuff" goes, the former is just slang for the latter. What matters is using the proper term as to what you are "shredding". Resist debuffs shred resists. Defense debuffs shred defense.

The other explanation is absolutely accurate but another way to think of it is: For swirl, electro charged, overload, bloom, hyperbloom, and buregoen the enemies defense is never considered in the calculation BUT different enemies can take less damage from an overload or hyperbloom because of elemental resistance. Resistance reduces incoming damage. For other attacks that don't ignore defense, the damage you do is determined by comparing your attack to the enemies defense to determined the damage YOU can do to that enemy before that damage gets reduced. two different stats, both affect the damage you see but do so in different ways.

how about thundering furry razor? hes actually the only character who can potentially apply both electro and pyro with his normal attacks at the same time while hes on field (even though you can do this with beidou, for example, her electrocharge cant actually hit blooms and its not as consistent, plus she cant self-overload like razor). i guess its too specific (and it requires another character's constellations), but nobody else can fill that role.

Xinyan is the best non-Superconduct Physical support in the game. Her Burst is guaranteed to crit once you have the Constellation and build her for it. Additionally, the swing from her E reduces Physical resistance by 15% and characters shielded by it gain 15% Physical damage. I'm now convinced that NOBODY knows what to do with her, not even Iwtl. 😑

I used to pair Barbara with Xiao, her application following the character for a relatively long time made it an easy source of extra damagefrom swirl and hydro reactions, since plunge doesn't trigger something like Xingqiu's Q. This should trigger Electro Traveler's electric burst strikes, which idk why he doesn't like Electro Traveler, maybe cause he already has Raiden, and Electro Traveler is just Raiden but not as strong and for less time lmao. Anyway, the electric hits of his burst trigger with plunge and held strikes, so it's good for Diluc or Bennet, infusing your sword with Piro and using the charge attack of a Claymore unit to deal tons of elemental damage.

Hu Tao can't phase through ice cages, but she can phase through Mirror Maiden cages! A lot of things can, actually: - Hu Tao dash - Yelan E - Sara E - Yae E - Rosaria E - Keqing E - Mona Hold E Anything that passes through enemies works. But for something like the last hit of Kaeya's Normal Attack string, there needs to be a target nearby or Kaeya won't warp far enough to get out of the cage.

Here's one for Amber that I don't think a lot of people have thought about-Amber can get the highest +DMG% Bonus on an attack, with her manual Baron Bunny detonation getting +200% damage. While this is currently held back by the fact that her base Baron Bunny multipliers aren't great, there is a way that a support could make use of this to make her a lot more powerful. Keep an eye out for characters that give bonus Pyro or Skill damage in the way that Shenhe and Yun Jin do, especially if they provide large boosts to a small number of attacks. This bonus damage would benefit from that +200% DMG. This would be one of the few cases where having little of her power budget in her talent multipliers would be a good thing!

Amber may be terrible, but she has some of the most unique playstyles out there, from the completely unique Bunny Bomber, to simply being the only character in the game to get an independent damage bonus on headshots. It makes her really fun to play if you can pull it off, but ultimately can only yield average damage at best compared to other characters who can give significantly more damage with less effort.

The other thing you can add to Yelan is every last Con adds something useful to her. Pretty much all add damage in some way shape or form. C1 adds a charge to her skill both extremely useful and a dps gain for both energy reasons and 2 skill attacks at once. C2 adds extra damage and hydro application. Over the course of her burst adds a ton of damage. C3 adds damage to her burst. C4 adds damage to her hp scaling kit and buffs hp scaling units in her party. C5 adds skill damage. C6 turns her as you said best character in the game no questions asked.

24:02 Electro Traveler is the best single target battery in the game, able to battery characters to max burst faster than even a full ER Raiden can (of course Raiden batteries the whole team, not just one) . All she needs is high ER (as high as you can go, mine is at 320%+) and Sac Sword and she is able to full battery most characters from 0 to 80 burst, especially characters who rely on their burst and are hypercarries in their comps which you need cause EMC does no damage. So characters like Eula, Alhaitham, Xiao, Noelle, etc. She also doesnt need a 4pc set as her whole kit is just battery, but 2pc EFS works well on her as well. Also I'm pretty sure with a high refine Xiphos, you can just her in a full EM Deepwood set and let her be a great battery/deepwood slave for an onfield Nahida/Haitham

Electro traveler is so good in theory. The problem is u can just use a anemo battery for xiao, dendro battery for alhaithem(he also busts every other rotation), etc and get the resonance. So really only eula makes sense bc u get the burst and you get superconduct. Battery another electro unit would be nice, but if you have double electro then energy isn’t a problem bc of resonance, and if u have raiden. I guess if you play yae miko burst carry and build low ER and battery w electro traveler, or as a F2p maybe battery Beidou.

unironiclly electro trav is good for any unit that needs to be funneled energy, like noelle or itto. a flat 12-24 at C1, and increases energy recharge. paired with fav blade with only needing like 33% crit rate, you can E and instantly swap to your char to funnel to gain the amulet energy, and then gain the white particals with a boosted ER stat of at least 30%. with my noelle setup, i travelere E, switch to noelle insta burst, and by the time the white particals fly into her, shes roughly at 50% energy at 0 ER from her build. and with noelle specificlly over itto, you can switch to trav without wasting her burst to funnel more and using swap as a cancel instead of dash/jump

Finally! Someone who actually knows that Qiqi has the highest healing in the game! Her healing has +100% uptime(yes, she has no healing CD), she's easy to build, and she's BY FAR the best at healing, especially in co-op domains since she's the only healer who can heal the whole team for 100% of the time without having to be close to them. It sad how some people don't even bother to read her kit and just hating on her because of the overused 50/50 meme, as if she's the only standard character. Qiqi deserves better!!!

The problem with Qiqi isn't her healing to be fair... it's that she herself can't generate any particles to charge her 80 energy burst until C1. C0 Qiqi isn't good on her own, and there is no guarantee you'll get C1 or a good battery to use her efficiently. I can say anyone with a C1 Qiqi has a solid underestimated character if they haven't tried building her at C0 due to her lack of particles.

Issue is you don’t need that much healing in 95% of content in the game, so it’s basically useless. She also doesn’t generate any energy for the team. She’s basically Barbara+, but at least Barbara is usable in Nilou Bloom teams. You’re better off using Diona in 100% of content due to her good Energy generation, EM buff and enemy Attack reduction with Constellations, on top of good Healing.
