Stay natural and relaxed within yourself, make a move while working on self. 4. Be yourself while being aware it may have negative relationship energy. 5. Discuss your feelings (about life) and emotions (about life) with a higher power, then male friends and then your partner. 6. Discuss your feelings about your partner with them. 7. Daily share your emotional capacity you bring to the relationship today. It should be 100 percent. Sometimes one can only contribute 20 percent then your partner needs to put in 80 percent.

I agree. Just “be yourself” suggests that no change is required. Instead, I think you should “be your BEST self”. This approach forces you to level up without trying to act like someone else. Curious what others think.

These tips are great and I agree with all of them. However, I would be really interested in a video focused on similar tips when you are in a serious relationship and want to keep the girl and build the future together. E.g. the sharing of feelings - I think it is important to share your feelings with your partner and I found it better for my mental health when we can calmly talk about the little things, rather than bottle it up inside of me, which just leads me to being grumpy and set the wrong mood. Of course you still need to be the man and be able to lead the way and handle your shit in most situations, but I think that being able to be vulnerable with your partner who you trust from time to time is important and it brings you closer actually. What do you guys think?

Once in a relationship women will get comfortable and tell you they don’t like your idea, of course you work on an agreement, but guess what? That was shutting down your role as a man.
