Thanks Jason. I wish I had done it sooner. I have been struggling with my weight my entire life. I ended up getting type 2 diabetes a stroke and a whole lot of other complications. 3 months post op gastric bypass my glucose is at 6.5.....my diabetes is almost gone ! Wishing you the best on your health journey. The Liquid phase is the hardest, after that it gets easier. It's SOOO Worth it !

I am 6 weeks post op. First 2 weeks 2 days was all liquid. Next 2 weeks and 2 was full liquid. 6 weeks and 2 days now I getting to add meats. Everything was 2oz 3 times a day no snacking. Down 24lbs since surgery total 55lbs good luck eveyone!!

Do you have a exercise routine now?

Hi Pablo. I have a gym membership when I do about 30-60mins of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training. I do that 3 times a week and walk about 6000 to 10000 steps a day. I just try to stay active because I have a lot of energy now.
