I think it is a mylar balloon that escaped. As others have suggested, the phone is having trouble focusing. That is sunlight reflecting off the balloon as it rotates in the sky, regarding the bursts of light. Happy B-day!

I saw min min lights 3 times when I lived in central QLD. They can ignore physical laws and it’s quite chilling. My guess is that you believe and were given the chance to see. I don’t think people can handle them mentally, it’s just too freaky.

Maybe the sun reflecting off of a jet. I've seen it a few times when it's at just the right angle and it's crazy bright, but then it "disappears" once the angles change from your perspective. Also, happy birthday, apparently! Hope you have a good one and hope your family is well.
