TTar actually likes delving into more and plot details and text in games, even in Pokémon, but he doesn’t have the attention span to actually read most of it half the time. He doesn’t do this because of Pokémon; he’s done this with Zelda and other games he’s played too. It’s a TTar thing. No matter how much people ask him not to skip or gloss over text, he’ll still do it out of habit. He’s gotten a bit better at reading more of the text over the years, but a lot still gets missed. 2. It's time that Neutral gets the cred it deserves as arguably the core of Undertale's fabula. Some information here if you need a recap! -Flowey needs all 7 souls to become god, although just getting one can make him stronger. -Sparing and Killing is based on your morale. Depending on this, the game responds. Play at your pace tho, do what you want, and if you want a different result, you can always reset. -Clover is the 6th soul that fell down. The previous human before Frisk fell down. Not really Frisk. Clover went down to find out more about the other 5 missing children. -Flowey may not seem evil like he used to be. Before Frisk fell, he must've had a whole different mindset instead of just "Kill or be Killed". And Clover doesn't have the determination to save over Flowey's save files, so he's helping you with that!

Some needed info: - This game isn't official, it's a fangame that took a long while to develop - Flowey does know that he's Asriel - You're playing as the 7th fallen human, the owner of the yellow soul (Frisk is the 8th fallen human, we're counting Chara) - In Undertale, Flowey says that he had the ability to save since he became Flowey, and only couldn't save after Frisk fell down into the underground. In the underground, only the being with the most amount of determination has the ability to save and load, which would be Flowey in this case - Flowey can only turn into Asriel after getting 7 human souls, he can't turn into Asriel yet - Decibat isn't a forced kill, actually read the text when you do pacifist please, this isn't Pokémon where text isn't important - Dalv isn't a forced kill either, you just attacked him too much for him to consider mercy - Dalv isn't related to the Dreemurr family, Muffet or Decibat

I still love seeing Ttars’ own content and personality shine in these surprise drops, and I would love to see Ttar continue this farther, but… watching this just further cements to me that a lot of this just isn’t a prerogative. Kind of a whole deconstruction of the KZbin grind- if it doesn’t get the attention, it’s probably not worth the time nor effort, but seeing as how Ttar’s been playing to the game… I presume it’s due to the entire environment having been changed, but Ttar playing Undertale was set on the precedent of his own preconceptions of a typical RPG being turned on its head. Killing vs. sparing, EXP being a moniker for the amount of people you killed, literally. And it’s like that for a lot of people discovering Undertale. I feel like that wonder was lost for Ttar when he went around to Deltarune. I assume he still enjoyed it- there were a lot of familiar faces and arcs to latch onto, but a lot of things were still _different_. A number of preconceived notions and evidence that Ttar (himself) had put together during Undertale, we’re either being ignored or used differently in lieu of a different story in contrast to Undertale. And I don’t think Ttar really understood that, at least initially. Same thing is most likely going to happen here. (Again, hope he does play more.) He’s even stated before on a previous stream that he has recorded the fight with Spamton, but hasn’t uploaded it. I honestly don’t know if he ever will tbh. None of this is a genuine problem or even a big deal. None of this will probably even be seen by Ttar, after all, this is a 2nd Channel for series’ that don’t stick… …I find the prospect of being finished with something quite liberating. I’m an artist and don’t find myself finishing a lot of pieces myself, however. Motivation comes and goes, one moment it’s a pure block, or laziness… but I love making something that does stick. Ttar mentioned disliking Pokémon Sun and Moon’s story for one thing- the ending. If you can’t recall; you, Hau, and Kukui, say farewell to Lillie. A character through thick and thin, have been with to accompany and help grow each other’s understanding of ohana and Pokemon. At the end of it, Lillie wants to do grow for herself and her mother, and decides to depart for Kanto to better herself. You say goodbye, and so does she. Ttar has also noted before that he doesn’t finish the anime’s he starts, stopping right before the last episode. Leaving before the final credit roll. This isn’t uncommon nor unbelievable. It’s even easier to understand when we know he withheld Extreme Season 4 since the beginning of last year because- not only is it very stress inducing, but because it’s quite possibly the last Extreme Randomizer. I guess I made this huge “comment” to say that, I hope Ttar truly enjoys himself in whatever he does next. If it continues to be Pokémon, more of this, or another game, or even more crack theories- I hope he genuinely enjoys his time with what he’s willing to do. We all support him. 🔪❤ Shank

I agree with most of what you’ve stated here, but the thing with TTar is that when he says he’s deleted a LOT of videos, it’s not just out of his fear or depression from finishing a story. He’s stated casually across multiple videos that there are a bunch of normal videos he’s deleted or never bothered uploading too-the starts of different playthroughs, theory/speculation videos (like the ones he did for the Indigo Disk), competitive battling videos (like when he’d post Wi-Fi battles or “Wheel of” challenges), etc etc. Oftentimes I think his reason for deleting or not uploading that much content isn’t that deep. He either gets busy with other things, forgets, doesn’t get around to it, the editing workload takes a lot of time, maybe he gets cold feet about an idea or theory he talks about or it gets debunked before he uploads it, maybe he just decides on a whim that it isn’t worth uploading, etc. Some of his videos just straight-up got hit with copyright, like his reaction to Pecharunt and him playing through the SV Epilogue DLC, or his last part of Tears of the Kingdom. Mans has *hours and hours* worth of videos on his hard drive, which is why I don’t understand why TTar gets comments on his main channel about staging things or wanting profit or milking videos for views. (Not you, I’ve just seen people say that in general.) If he was *that* greedy, he’d just upload everything regardless of what it is, and not take long upload breaks like he has in the past. Also, about Extreme-there’s no “quite possibly” about it. Sword is the last Extreme. He’s said so multiple times in descriptions of videos and made a whole announcement about it at the start of one of the final parts. He even made it clear he’s not going back to Sun and isn’t doing a Scarlet Extreme. I also don’t think he “dislikes” Sun/Moon’s story. Even if he might’ve used that word in the past (idk if he did, I’m just going off what you’re saying) then he surely would’ve “disliked” Scarlet/Violet’s story too. But both have emotional endings that made him depressed and gave him that same feeling of having that perfect, bittersweet conclusion to a story. He clearly loved those stories and just felt that same post-story depression a lot of people feel when wrapping up a game, anime, or series they were invested in. TTar just tends to feel that more strongly than other people, which I get. I also don’t think his videos are about demand either. Like yeah, of course it’s a part of it, since we have like goals every video, but half the time we don’t even reach them. Or at least, I remember a period months back where this happened. I wish we did, and I always get sad whenever I shank and we don’t manage to reach it. But this man keeps uploading or continuing things anyway. TTar’s a great guy and I wish he’d finish more series too, and I’m sure a lot of what you said plays a part in it; I just wanted to elaborate and give more reasons as to why things are the way they are. 🔪❤️ Shank

Just a heads-up, Neutral route is its own thing in this fangame, rather than being invalidated by Pacifist. The biggest change occurs if you kill the third area's boss, as it changes the way you deal with the final area, which opens up some special interactions (including few that show up specifically only on Neutral and are absent on No Mercy or Pacifist).

Just to explain a bit about Flowey, you cant save because you dont have determination. In the original UT Frisk determination was so high that surpassed Flowey, so Frisk controlled the save mechanic, before Frisk Flowey was in controll

Okay, I'll explain it. The way the Decibat fight works is essentially, you have to watch the actual character. You can make no noise, or noise, and eventually they will either leave or you can spare them. They repeat dialogue, so just taking notes in the change of their face works wonders.

UTY is a fangame that was made for the last 7 years, and, as much as I like your content, I just want to let you know that all the kills you've made were not forced. You could have spared Decibat if you just kept clicking on the Watch ACT, since it becomes quieter, which Decibat likes. Dalv could have been spared if, like Toriel, you only kept Sparing him, so all of his dialogue was shown. You attacked him too much, and because of that, you couldn't Spare him. Now, you're locked into the Neutral route, which is different from the Pacifist and Genocide routes by a lot. Love your vids though, can't wait for the next episode

aww hell yeah, I've been hoping to see you play this!!!! really hope you continue, this game is super super good :) i watch so many undertale youtubers but you're still my favourite person to watch play these games, your reactions are great 💛 To answer some of your questions: it's a fangame that's been in development since not long after undertale itself released, they took around 7 years to make it iirc! You couldn't spare decibat or dalv because you did too much damage to them - decibat's expressions are a better indication than his flavour text for how you're doing. You have to pull a Toriel to spare dalv, or at least not keep hitting him. Also tip: check the settings on the main menu when you boot up the game. I'd recommend enabling auto-fire and auto rhythm - they're very helpful for later. There's also an easy mode you can enable that boosts your defense a ton if the attacks are pissing you off too much and you just wanna enjoy the story :) No spoilers but neutral is actually a super fun route to play in this game and has MASSIVE changes to what goes down, completely different towards the end than pacifist lol

Yknow ttar has a point, the dialogue says he doesnt notice the handshake and he doesnt accept talking, while also trying to kill clover. Realistically, it makes more sense to fight back. Im not even mad he killed the guy

That would be like killing papyrus and mettaton because of them fighting you, when you could've just survived and not get hit, and if you died you could've just come back so there isn't any downsides

@@mariotheundying kinda, yeah. It's more obvious when it came to papyrus since you can't be killed by him and you were introduced to his kind of character quite a bit before you fight him. My point is that if you were trying to talk to someone in real life (Dalv), and instead of talking they start hurling lightning bolts you either run or try to make him stop shooting bolts. Not that ttar ACTed repetitively anyway.

That Tales if Arise Background is beautiful! Excited to see finally someone I watch play Yellow! I thiught that big coated goat is Asgore, who wants you to leave so that he doesn't have to kill you. Huh. Jokes on me, these weren't goathorns. And the bat wants silence so multiple times not talking is what you should do. Thats why his expression changes. Like in undertale, sometimes stooping and actually thinking what makes sense is quite a smart move.
