I’m a Kenyan American and lived in Atlanta for 30 years. The best decision I made was relocating back to Kenya. This just in: Oct 18, 2024 A British national has told the BBC that he and several Turkish citizens were abducted in the Kenyan capital Nairobi by masked men on Friday, with four of the Turkish citizens still missing. Necdet Seyitoğlu, who lived in the UK for 18 years before moving to Kenya two years ago, said he was released after eight hours when he showed his alleged abductors a copy of his British passport.

This is the realest video you have done Auston. It so true you cant live like a local in Kenya. Take it from me as a local and still some stuff bugs me like living in areas that don't have running water or consistent water like without a borehole, electricity cuts when without a generator though generally power is consistent, yes the weather changing like chilly cold days during our summer days, lack of good brand name grocery stores versus shopping at the smaller shops that inflate their prices. Listen to Auston - he is actually now a Kenyan. Soldier on Simba! One thing that needs to be discussed though is the higher levels of education/ literacy as Kenya has a competitive educational system especially at the high school and university level. Many Kenyans are highly educated. You pay for quality education for kids. Auston great content.

Weather is, it gets cold every evening/night no matter what time of the year. Then cold months are June July and then August gers warmer. Warm months are December January February March. April and a bit of May lots of rain. November rains but less, short rains (meaning it rains a lot but in short spurts)... so it's not tricky (or as sporadic as you think) you just have to understand the weather same way you do seasons...
