Hi Auston, I hope you’re doing well! I’ve been following your channel, and love the content you create. The way you showcase Kenyan culture is really inspiring! I run a KZbin channel called Serene African Sound, where I curate peaceful, relaxing African music. I think your videos would be a great fit for my Afrobeats playlists, and I’d love to partner with you. Here’s what I’m thinking: * I’d feature one of your videos in each of my playlists. * I’ll tag and credit your channel in every video I include. * It’s a great way to cross-promote and help both of us spread positivity about Africa, in this case, Kenya/Nairobi by reaching more viewers. Please let me know what you think. I’d love to hear your thoughts and explore how we can work together. 🙏

Auston, please tell that guest you had to be very careful who he is following out there to go show him some land. Like the many comments below from Kenyans who are asking him to be careful, Kenya just like anywhere else in the world has cons and especially when it comes to properties is where even Kenyans have been conned. I have experienced it as well many years ago as a Kenyan myself and I lost my property just like that even after taking the land grabber to court and wasting all my money over 20 years ago. But at that time laws were a little different and corruption was very bad unlike now where there are some things that have been streamlined but it is still possible to be conned. So ask him to get reputable property agencies or at least I hope he got connected from your circle of people to go outside Nairobi where he stated he will be going to see a piece of land. If the reference didn't come from you ask him to get in touch with Wakesho of Traverze a black American woman who has a business in Kenya and has good solid connections in Kenya. She will advice him better.

I see what you did there. Bro was about airing some personal biz. Never has a word changed so fast from sheets to shirt😂. On a more serious note, Glad to see you’ve come to love Kenya. There is a land cartels, who will stop at nothing to either swindle one off of their hard earned money. Worst still, it’s those who lay false claims on lands using corrupt government officials to steal. The most affected by this is the city of Nairobi & the high end neighborhoods around it. Serious target due to the market value & proximity to the CBD. Some so called real estate agents are nothing, but crooks hiding behind a fancy name. Use a real estate lawyer, insist on seeing the green card of land from the registry before purchase. Unfortunately, this is one of the package that you receive for choosing to live in Kenya, but we still love our country. Forever 🇰🇪

But may I just ask that you probably to consult a Reputable Estate Agency as you cannot just meet people like he said in the Horse Racing Polo venue & they tell you they have land somewhere & you just go. WOW surprised to hear some of his comments towards women. I don't generalize and group all black men in one bag; I am mature enough to know every man is not bad. Just so disappointed to hear his categorization of black women, and also so disappointed as well to here him judge the physical appearance of women. Mental health is a huge issue for Blacks in America and it leads to bad physical health, so many women who are "chunky" are really trying to get their health in order. I recently lost 60 pounds and my health has improved(it was also pretty good because I have not eaten beef or pork for 24 years). Personally I am looking to move to Africa to leave the environmental stress and societal pressures to be "picture perfect" behind and praying I find a community of Black Expats that are accepting of ppl for who they are. Auston thank you for the video and I will be booking a consultation soon, Be Blessed 💜

This for me as a Kenyan is a good feel video. 😂 Not that it is not the truth but because it is almost incredulous to us that it seems universal due to higher earning potential all foreigners automatically plug into a higher positive life style in Kenya. Sound advice. As an African college educated in the US some of my bros comes across as naive if not outright gullible. In any poor country there is no shortage of folks with excellent business ideas waiting for someone to bite. Also the things people take for granted in the West are not the same in Africa. I am from the Southern part of Africa and have heard some stories that make you go wow. I have lost money too to people I thought I knew. Someone can manufacture fake title deeds which look aunthetic only to find out they are fake when the real owner shows up and you are out of luck. Bro, as an American who lived in Kenya and loved it/am considering moving back, I keep tuning in to your channel to hear some sexist ass comments…this is not “for Americans who want to move to Kenya,” it’s “for dudes who want a hot submissive woman!” Please interview some females and some men who are married so you can give the audience what you profess to be giving!😂

The experience he’s describing with American women was my exact same experience.

How are these American women finding this website? I have had the same experience as these men, it’s no big secret.

But we as Kenyans need to stop with the staring thing. What’s up with that honestly? Eh!

Americans are moving to Kenya because Kenya has freedoms the U.S.A. can't give them (Not to be specific).

Coming from Africa, living in the US, i get surprised how Auston and company praise African women more than American women, honestly i have seen more beautiful black women in the US than i did in Nairobi 😂,

You miss the point where they talk about character, respect for men and how they carry themselves as the most important aspect. Also, as much as there are beautiful black women in the US, there are a lot that are out of shape and couldn't care something that is not common in Kenya.
