What flour do you feed your starter? And do you use 1:1:1 each feed?

Unbleached all purpose. And yes, 1:1:1. There is a video on my channel on making a starter. Explains how I feed and maintain. I keep the method very simple. No fancy flours or complex schedules. Works perfectly
