This episode was AMAZING! Is this Arbiter the Arbiter from Halo 3?

Knowing how much Ackerson hates Halsey and the Spartan-IIs in the Books and lore, him and ONI taking the Mjolnir armor and leaving everyone to die is something he would definitely do.

I DO NOT like him at all, we’ve never read the books, he does show genuine hate towards them on the show so far though!

@@BehindTheScreenYTin The Fall Of Reach book Ackerson tries to kill chief in a test of the Mk V Mjolnir armour, ordering the use of a literal missile from an aircraft to “test” the Mjolnir. That chief didn’t die was down to him deflecting the missile at the last minute due to his heightened reflexes, assisted by Cortana. Cortana actually had Ackerson redeployed to the front lines as payback, though he wiggled out of it. So this is absolutely in character for Ackerson.

@@BehindTheScreenYTto answer your question on the BR bursts; in lore (though this is a different timeline), the BR is select fire, it’s burst fire in game for gameplay variety, it can be semi, burst or auto

@@jordanclark4635 Makes sense! I'm glad you've told me that, because I thought the directors just weren't clued up on the lore... turns out it was us not the directors!

P.s - 8:13 Blind people are very rarely 100% blind, hence terms like legally blind, which imply severely diminished vision that impedes normal functioning. It's a spectrum, with some recognizing colours, shadows, light, movement and vague shapes. It would require the total absence or significant damage to the optic nerves to have absolutely no sight at all.

Great to know! I can't believe it took us 3 episodes to notice though... and he acted as if he couldn't see at all, that's why I was shocked he grabbed the 'nade launcher!

@@BehindTheScreenYT Most blind people act like that, but that is because they can't rely on "sight" alone. So they enhance and rely other on senses primarily. But even 'bind' animals that have extremely poor sight like star moles, naked mole-rats or even rhinos can still can use it, though barely.
