First phase leaves a mystery that gets resolved in the 6th movie Spider-Man 1: Spider-Man origin and the villains are Electro and Vulture, the movie is meant to introduce all Peter's life and friends as well as Jjj and the Daily Bugle. Spider-Man 2: This is a movie of Doc Ock showing how he came to be and Peter's guilt of not being able to prevent it. Spider-Man 3: I chose Sandman to be the villain of this movie, I took inspiration for Sam Raimi and gave him a sick daughter and gets lied to at the end that she died. Spider-Man 4: Introduces Mysterio framing Spider-Man and Jean De Wolf. Spider-Man 5: Kraven hunts Spider-Man after being showed a video of him defeating Speed Demon. Spider-Man Sinister six: Self Explanatory. A big Avengers type movie with the sinister six founded by Norman Osborn who becomes the Green Goblin (ultimate) before dying at the end and Harry Osborn blaming Spider-Man. The next movies are supposed to be Harry going crazy and becoming the Hobgoblin and punishing Spider-Man by killing Gwen and Jean. Then I want to introduce the symbiotes into their own phase and ending the cinematic universe with Spider-Man 2099.

I recently started working on a DC Cinematic Universe of my own and ended up really liking it, yesterday i finished phase 5 with each project being like a Wikipedia page of the movie's plot(more than a synopsis but less detailed than the whole movie/show). I would love to tackle Marvel with a similar project in the future. I would also love to see you try this sort of thing that you dont necessarily have to follow a strict pattern like the MCU and you can invent your own and stray as much as you want. Obviously this wont be 1 long video but will have to be layed into a series of videos but im sure a lot would watch it.

Try to follow a strict pattern like the MCU kills creativity and forces you to make dumb decisions. Like a Logan movie where Wolverine doesn't die. When you make the same for the MCU, try to not add the Fantastic Four and the X-Men from the scratch. The Fantastic Four works better as a later on added team (like GoTG), and the X-Men is something that needs to be developed on its own, without Infinity or Multiverse saga in the background. Just 3 phases and a complete saga exclusive to them, with other characters or teams like Spider-Man, Blade, Midnight Sons, Fantastic Four, Nova or Wonder Man getting movies, but the main focus should be on the X-Men and all of their characters.

I know its late, I feel like it would've been better to start of with the Chris Claremont roster of mutants. Wolverine, Colossus, Storm, Nightcrawler, Sunfire and Thunderbird. Mainly because that roster pretty much revived the X men comics after the original series was cancelled. Build up their individual stories with Prof X recruiting them leading up to the first X men movie, which would be about them rescuing the Original team from Krakoa. Then proceeds to establish the original team Cyclops, Jean, Angel, Iceman and Beast along with Polaris and Havok by making individual movies which would lead up to Dark Phoenix. Then could be followed up by Days of Future Past, Age of Apocalypse, House of M, House of X etc.

To do this you would need to choose a period of X-Men to adopt, which the obvious choice is late 70s to early 90s (which is largely what the movies have done.) In this case, despite being Magneto's daughter you don't really need a Scarlet Witch movie at all. She was a minor brotherhood of evil mutants villain in short stints but mostly off with the West Coast Avengers or main Avengers team.

Emma Frost also had a movie in Development. It doesn't work to have M Day before Dark Phoenix, also Dark Phoenix only works if you have longer to develop the characters and also with the space characters from the Shi'ar Empire before the movie. So Dark Phoenix would have to be at the end of Phase Five or in Phase Six. Gambit doesn't work as the first movie, it would have to be someone as popular as Hulk was in the comics, I get why it's not Wolverine, he has to keep his mysterious backstory for at least 2 movies before he can get an origin like movie. So I'd go with Storm, Deadpool, Magik, or Warpath, both Magik and Warpath isn't very popular, but they were very importent in the world of the X-Men (Magik was also one of the first X-Men to get a solo comic, I think). Apocalypse works best as the first Thanos big bad or Galactus would be even better.

Yeah, the reason the Phoenix never worked on film is because it was never introduced. Nobody cares about Jean Grey because we see nothing of her character, and it's hard to set up the Dark Phoenix without slowburning it and showing Jean losing control as the Phoenix gets more powerful and more corrupt. It didn't work because the character was forced in prematurely, so it still wouldn't work unless the character and story are developed and worked up to.

I have one sugestion for a video What the mcu would look like if disney didn't bought marvel, and marvel remained independent. I have some important points *Phase 1 would remained similar *marvel would extend the distribution deal with paramount and even make the incredible hulk 2 with universal and even namor as well, in that alternate universe the mcu films would be paramount plus exclusives *the sony deal and the buyout of fox would never happened so spiderman, the xmen and fantastic four, and even ghost rider and daredevil would remained out of reach. Everybody is killed by apocalypse but by the time kitty pride has sent logan to a few minutes before the death of jean. Logan warns everyone about apocalypse and when apocalypse came. Everyone comes together and fight his army to stop him from killing jean. Jean then eventually gains control by wolverine's guidance and she also joins the fight. Cyclops is killed in the battle. And then jean with mutants such as hope summers, ice man, legion, storm starts attacking in apocalypse with their omega level attacks. And without thinking too much wolverine jumps in sacrificing himself and tear the apocalypse in half. He eventually dies due to so high omega level attacks. Then jean flies to space in her phoniex form. The movie ends with showing everyone happy and safe. The mutants are accepted by the world and everyone lives peacefully. )

I'm not a fan of this "counterpart" thing because it feels forced and really doesn't flow well. If I were to have a take on this, I'm not sure how I would start it, but I think a few solo films to establish a few of the characters and introduce the idea of mutants, followed by X-men proper films with those and other characters now working as a team. If you wanted to do "phases," the first would have Magneto and the Brotherhood as the big bads. Next comes the tangential introduction of the Fan 4 and a filling out of the X-men roster. At some point, the X-men go to space in order to set up the Phoenix, perhaps in a move to stop a human foe from developing a weapons system or something, similar to First Class, or in some tangential supporting role with the Fan 4. Perhaps we see a throwdown with Magneto again as the story builds up to Apocalypse. Outgunned the X-men and the Fan 4 team up (possibly with Magneto, seeing how far ) in order to stop Apocalypse. Next comes the setup for the Dark Phoenix, which has to come after the Phoenix has already been establish, which itself had to come after Jean Grey is introduced and audiences care. Here, we can introduce the New Mutants and Daredevil, possibly having some kind of cross between the Hand and the Hellfire Club so as to allow Daredevil to intersect with the X-men. Deadpool maybe also comes in here, once the X-men as a team (and as films) are already established and so he can riff on what's happening with the Dark Phoenix (maybe the X-men were dealing with Jean, which is why they are absent during Deadpool). This can then lead into Galactus and another X-men/Fan 4 crossover, with the X-men "returning the favour" and assisting the Fan 4 in dealing with the eater of worlds. There no mirroring the MCU here, other than trying to group movies together under a big threat the X-men face, but I do like your idea of at least trying to keep what was made and planned, even if it is reworked so it can be cohesive.

you are mixing the Days of the Future Past and the Dark Phoenix saga, the Dark Phoenix Saga bled into the Age of Apocalypse, when D'Ken got the M'Kran crystal after his sister was deposed after the fiasco of the Royal Guard losing to the Xmen on the Dark SIde of the Moon battling for the life of Jean Grey after the Phoenix destroyed a Star near the Shi'Ar Empire's homeworld ,they sent the Shi'Ar Royal guard to kill her. when D'Ken got the time altering crystal, the Age of Apocalypse dimension started to take over in the comics. originally the Xmen had defeated Apocalypse , but in the comic book Legion , or tv show, he goes crazy and goes back in time and kills his father, Prof X. before he creates the Xmen. so the Xmen never exist and D'ken accidentally? lets loose that alternate dimension on our own, transforming our dimension into the "AGE OF APOCALYPSE" where Apocalypse was never defeated so he rules on high as leader of the world and it's a slave pit ridden wasteland with humans either exterminated or made into grunting slaves for mutants.
