Very informative mango vlog. I'd like to make a comment here. Mango has a low glycemic index, and diabetics should not be concerned about eating it in moderation because, as you mentioned, it contains a lot of fiber. However, I would add that all of the 46 grams of sugar mentioned are not sucrose and glucose, but a significant amount (about 35 percent of this) is fructose, which does not require the presence of insulin to enter cells. And lastly, it also has a high potassium content, which is beneficial to diabetics. Please keep it up doc, you are doing excellent service to society. 🙏

Diabetic patients might eat Mangoes in a appropriate quantity before the exercise. After exercise there'll be a little rise or no change in the sugar levels.

Dear Dr. Afzal, I would like to draw your attention to the recent research which claims that in fact mango helps control sugar. I had seen one video where they drew sample of blood in two test tubes and then inserted little mango pulp in one of the tube. Later they checked the sugar level on glucometer. The sample of blood in which the mango pulp was added showed reduced level of sugar whereas the results remain same on the one which was kept without any addition during the demonstration. Apart from this mango leaves are also recommended (on various site that google search found) to be used by diabetic patients which helps control the sugar level. Please advice how far is this true and authenticated fact.

کیونکہ ھمارے ملک میں بس لاقانونیتبھے ۔اگر ڈاکٹر ڈگری نہیں دکھاتا اور آپ پر اپنے تیس سالہ تجربہ یا رٹائرڈ فوج کا ڈاکٹر ھونے کا رعب جمائے تو ھر گز اس کے پاس نا جائیں کیونکہ اگر وہ غلطنعلاجںکرے گا تو آپ اس کا کچھ نا بگاڑ سکیں گے۔ڈگری اگر پاکستان کی نا ھو تو بھتر ھے۔اگر پاکستان کی بھی ھو تو تحقیق کرلین کہ کہین کوٹے کی بنیاد پر نا اھل کو میڈیکل مین داخلہ نہین ملا تھا۔کیونکہ اگر کسی کو ایک بار میڈیکل مین داخلہ مل جائے تو ان کو پاس کردیا جاتا ھے ھر حالت میں

Bhai jan mango contain sunger but not in form of gulcuse .it contains fructose gulusee which takes 6 hours to absorb and with fiber .then mango singer can be easily maintained.
I wish I could change THIS fast! 🤣
