Thank you soooo very much for this!! I was on the fence about buying powdered EAA’s because I’m vegetarian and I wasn’t sure it would help me to recover better and reduce muscle fatigue…muscle fatigue has greatly reduced my consistency with running…thanks for this great interview

Great and informative interview. I went plant based a few years back and now realize that my plant protein is probably not sufficient. I do have a question. Dr. Wolfe mention he takes 2 scoops before workout - which he suggested being 6 g. But the product says 1 scoop is 6 g. How do I know how much to take? Looks like a good product. Thank you again

Glad it was helpful! One scoop is 5 or 6g. I do 1 scoop 3x/ day

This is very interesting and informativ. Is this a good product for those of us who are not runners. Personally I prefer to lift weights with a little added cardio.
@sparkhealthyrunner Жыл бұрын
Absolutely! Honestly, even better for those looking for muscle hypertrophy. The PERFORM product is a great pre workout. I use it before all my workouts in the gym and I like to move some weights around (when not peaking in marathon training)

Feed her a carnivore diet - her natural diet - and see if she still craves aminos.

@@althe I totally agree. My 15, 16 and 19 yr cats eat a carnivore diet and is much healthier for it. At 63 I'm mostly carnivore and is pretty strong for my age or any age for that matter 😁

What is Taurine.
@sparkhealthyrunner9 ай бұрын
One of the essential amino acids.
@glenntimberlake241318 күн бұрын
@@hiddysonday435 You might want to Google Taurine and listen to some podcasts. You will get some good information. Remember that what is good for many people as a supplement is problematic for others. I think it is because of other substances involved in the manufacture. Either way, you can Google taurine in meats and find out best sources to get it naturally. Beef, and then certain fish can be good sources. Sardines have a phenomenal source of a lot of nurtrients including taurine. Clams, mussels, oysters, - bivalves can be a good source of nutrients. Google taurine in clams and bivalves or sardines. You will get several opportunities to learn the facts you need to know.
