Generative responses are another building block we have available to use when we build a virtual agent. They utilise the power of large language models to generate responses (as the name suggests). They allow for back and forth conversations with our users. They’re great for dealing with hyper-personalized content, and while we might have less control over the answers themselves, we have a lot of tools to constrain the topic of conversation and guardrails in place to prevent unwanted replies.
