Nice video, thanks for mentioning the last supper map project. One thing to note about oldfrog though which wasn’t mentioned here is that besides carpet and rail duping, the server is practically dupe free with most items being obtained with farms and/or mods. This has created a trading economy many others servers lack, as well as meaning that maps have never been reset, which is one of the reasons we have a very large mapart community.

I've played on SimPvP for a few months short of a decade, this video is good but a few details are different from what I remember: 1) The top admin isn't ostrich1414, it's Yukarion 2) The current map is around 11 years old, not 6 (no resets since 2011) 3) It's a slight exaggeration to say a player was doxxed, as long as you're not careless with your personal information, you don't have much to worry about 4) This one isn't really your fault but I don't think it's quite right that people consider SimPvP a "2b2t alternative" since it was created before 2b2t got famous, so it's really more of its own thing with some coincidental similarities. The first time I logged on, I'd never heard of 2b2t

I remember being an anarchy player in 6b6t in about late 2020, a lot of fun (and bad) memories, I participated on the 2020 Christmas party where 0,0 had pvp off, people who left the 100 block radius would get slaughtered instantly. It was one of the best minecraft anarchy experiences I had actually and iirc I left shortly after Lee_ sold the server to the new owners

Ive been here since 2018 and I'm torn about this. The bans and white list have done a good job at stopping the bad lag. Having people constantly lag the server makes server costs go up and donations were drying up. So I feel overall it's good but it does bother me a bit. No server is true anarchy but I do feel that bans for anything kinda crosses a line no other big anarchy server has crossed. For better or worse. I personally tend to lean slightly towards better.

There's a subgenre of anarchy called vanilla, which differs from anarchy on the rules that no hacked clients or dupes were allowed (in addition to real life crimes naturally), that saw a pretty significant rise during the covid period. Purity vanilla was the one that I always found myself playing on as more mature and edgy, but also simpler type of server than most

Some years ago I made a decently large hidden base at approximate 4k, -10k on 9b9t. Water temple concealed as a (boring) island, and converted to xp farm. A year after I stopped regularly playing there I found it to having been discovered and raided. I'm not sad about it, just remember thinking it lasted much longer than I first anticipated.

4b4t is still up and kicking to this day, with a lot of history with it being the oldest clone. I believe it's still worth mentioning, as it has no abuse, 32ks, and it is on 1.16.5.

Used to play a lot of 0b0t in 2019, quit for a while and hopped back in over lockdowns in 2020 and 2021. I think a friend of mine still has some 2019 spawn PvP footage from when the server had 20 players on a good day, and there was a huge staircase in nether spawn that people would PvP on. In I think 2021? A couple of us supremely pissed off PvPers by placing lava all over nether spawn and witherbombing the place, which led to lava being disabled near 0 0 in the nether. Personally I also completely paved over the bedrock with obsidian, which ticked loads of people off but did make for some really fun PvP terrain. I'll have to see if I still have screenshots, though I might've lost them all after PC issues last year.

Summary: 9b9t: Decent server simillar to 2b2t, with more active admin and about 20-30 at the time. 5b5t: Extremely duped server with active pvp player base 0b0t: Have a tp to player command, stack in limbo between private server and public one. In the past used to to whitelist olny and sell between admins several times. Oldfrog: Decent server simillar to 2b2t 6b6t: Fresh (2022), non premium server with pay-to-win elements (which are only now disappearing) Constantium: Decent server, have more strict antyhacking plugins (compare to other anarchies), with old 2b2t vibe SimPvP: Anarchy without hacks and quite small playerbase About other I have never heard and he didn't say much in the video.

6b6t is a great server, spawn is a decent challenge to escape and there is a good 80 players online everyday. Kits are practically also easy to get because some are free. Overall 6b6t best alternative if you can’t play 2b and if your cracked

when I first played old frog, I escaped spawn, and I encountered a player in full Dimond armor, and the player tried to kill me, but I logged out and relogged back into old frog and the player trapped me in a netherack box full of lava and I escaped the box

I’m sad that NetherAnarchy never really got any mainstream anarchy KZbinr attention. It was the first 1.16 anarchy server and and had all 82 (later 102) player slots filled at all times from the end of 2019 until it’s demise. Had an amazing community, unique style of PVP due to the anticheat, incredibly fun group dynamics and was probably the most fun I’ve ever had on minecraft. I’ve played 2b constantiam and 9b9t, but nothing will ever touch nether anarchy for me and every player that played it would agree with me. In fact they do. It’s such a shame someone doxxed the owner and got it shut down. It was a truly incredible server. No dupes, 20 tps, modern minecraft, relaxed anticheat, active admin, vanilla farm behaviour, and full player slots at all times. It was only around for 2 years but it really made a mark on those who got bored of 1.12 anarchy. I’m certain it’s the reason hause decided to start testing on 1.16.

I've played 6b6t since like 2020 and the only bad thing i see in the server is that if you have a premium account and someone joins with a non-premium account and registers with a password then you basically just lost your account.
