It is striking that vader cares nothing for art, luxury, decor, etc. Being a child slave could have pushed him in the opposite direction by way of overcompensation. Legends personal Bast castle on Vjun, .. headquarters of a branch of Vader's spy network. Had a few .. touch stones .. were a darkside shade of Vader appeared from. They were written as C&D plot background characters as smugglers or informants over a few novels during the 1990's that billed out the Solo's, Londo, and help out Luke from time to time. Bast castle had imperial officer's families their being raised as a special operational task personal. There was a warehouse there full of speeder & swoop bikes that Vader and other officers brough back to the planet to hot rod up. Which was later flip into the Prequel movies/ Dark Horse comics of Anakin love or tinkering & racing. Might as well say this here, the worst room in my humble opinion was the Padme room, all that weight and pain in one room, I'm only basing this on my own experience but having survived a near fatal accident myself, I can appreciate having a place that is basically constantly kicking his emotions right in the soul nuts.

I know the reason, I just don't like it...... Vader should've made a super suit, resistant to force lighting, the elements, anything he could've. Along with enhanced strength, offensive capabilities, the works. I feel like being the "chosen one" makes him smarter than the average Jedi/Sith, has more ingenuity, so there's no reason that shouldn't be in his toolkit. He made C3PO when he was young as hell with no education. I just love the idea that once he perfects his saber form, he just comes at Sidious one day in a hulking new suit. With all his rage fueled by the consequences of his choices because of Sidious's deception.

Two things. 1. Why did Vader never locate Jedi who could use Force Heal, to help him repair his body? Bacta could only do so much and clearly was limited. 2. With all the Force dark-side energy focused on Vader etc, it made no difference as Vader was feeding Aniken's love for Padme.. his love. His light. He was never truly dark side.

Vader was about as dark side as it goes. Everyone points to the younglings in the temple because it's low hanging fruit but watch Kenobi. He literally strolls down a street snapping random people's necks through the dark side just to get under ObiWan's skin and drive him out. And that's not even all that bad compared to some of the other stuff he's done in canon and legends.
