In such a case, the focus would probably be on labeling Hezbollah’s actions as t-error-/ism, emphasizing the threat to Israeli civilians, the violation of Israel’s sovereignty, and the need for a strong military response. Western media, in particular, tends to frame such actions by non-state actors like Hezbollah as t//error--ist activities, whereas state actions, even if they cause civilian casualties, are often discussed in terms of "self-defense" or "military operations."
