My current date is Nov 15, 2024 under EB-2. I still have not received my I-140. I am a Canadian citizen but my country of birth is India. Does it make sense to apply for EB-2 NIW? I am an actuary and exploring the EB-1 option as well.

No sense in applying eb2-niw. You should explore eb1 imo
