Can you elaborate a little specifically what you are looking for in eb2 and eb3? Since typically it’s employer sponsored. We have helped with EB2-NIW though which can be self sponsored.

@SmartGreenCard its regarding my wife she's a nurse and her hospital sponsoring her we have applied for a perm and it got approved last month now we are filling for I-140, so I was wondering if there's anything u can help with ! Plz advice

Very good session. One qq, How about the applicant had suitable criterias for EB1A 15 years ago but now he is into different job sector and current situation is not suitable for the criterias, can this still be a valid case for EB1A petition?
