In tornado damage assessment, low rises are 1-4 stories (has to be larger than a normal building for 1-2 stories, of course), mid rises are 5-20 stories, and high rises are at least 21 stories

In Pakistan a highrise starts at 5 storeys & in India it starts at 13 + lol it is common to have many 25 storeys + buildings in Mumbai ....Mumbai has World Record of Most Number of Skyscrapers Under construction ... ....And Mumbai's economy is also alone more then entire Pakistan ...😁 (Tallest Building in Mumbai Height is : 320 Metres (considered as supertall skyscraper😁) (economic flex) Love to Pakistani people ❤ from India (not government)

Hello. I know it's been a year but I hope it's okay if I can still reply. Hope you're doing well. Skyscrapers are a lot of things, but they are not "economic flex." In fact, they're not any kind of flex. They impose enormous costs on the economy, the ecology and the society, while contributing nothing of value to either three things that can't be contributed equally well, at much lower said cost, by 5-10 storey mid-rises. That's just why Europe has much fewer skyscrapers than America and Asia do, while having much higher GDP per capita than them. Skyscrapers are just corporate and nationalistic vanity projects for showing off (hence, your use of the word "flex") that are extremely space-use-inefficient, energy-inefficient and climate-regulation-inefficient, and insulate people from society, as well as insulate the elite from the masses. All of this can be corroborated by a brief Google and KZbin search. But congratulations to India and massive respect for all its general economic progress. Well done.

Also, Pakistan is an extremely earthquake prone country because a major intercontinental fault line runs right through the middle of it, and it also keeps getting battered by harsh climate, so building skyscrapers under these circumstances would prove disastrous in the event of a natural calamity. Mumbai doesn't have it that bad.
