Garnier, Micellar Cleansing Water( Waterproof, blue cap) This product is wonderful for Cracked skin of your feet and to remove cuticles. 1 soaked cotton will cover both feet... I use it daily on my feet, and don't rinse it out. You would literally start seeing the skin on your feet glow.
