Sir, i am totally new on PSCs. Here you mentioned FAPbI3 is most unstable, how to confirm the instability of pSCs and how we can improve the stability?
@understandingelectricaleng25894 ай бұрын
Lot of reasons, such as ionic bonding, ion migrations, ion sizes, temperature effects. Phase instability, Etc. will upload next lecture soon. Within a week.

Sir can u explain about the hybridisation and how the pairing of electrons take place in FAPBI3
@understandingelectricaleng2589 Жыл бұрын
These are ionic bonds. No need of hybridisation as these are only electrostatic attractions between the oppositely charged ions. FA+ Pb2+ and I-

I'm confused a bit bcz of different notations used in diagrams of Regular n-i-p & inverted p-i-n structure... Somewhere Gold cathode is shown positive & somewhere it's called the anode .. I'm confused..could you plz help sir ..
@understandingelectricaleng2589 Жыл бұрын
the difference between two configurations is the direction of electrons and holes that's all. Ofcourse the electron collector is anode and hole collector is cathode. Therefore, in nip We call it cathode and in pin We call it anode.
