Hi Bro, is it ok to use ply itself instead of profile handles? Which one is a better option considering strength and durability

The powder coat will last for 3-4 yrs, but if you are washing it regularly then it's tough. Anodizing its better than coating

As such there are no positive and negative its actually depends on the design , which means according to your concept it will matters.

Let me explain in simple words. In G profile, the grip is opposite side of the groove in ply. Usually used in kitchen cabinets & lofts. In J profile, the grip & groove is on the same side. Usually used for pull-out drawers like cupboards. If you want lift & pull effect (pressure applied by you is towards the sky) use G profile. If you want press & pull effect (pressure applied is towards the ground) use J profile.

Q1. Can we keep 6mm ply for bottom of wardrobe drawer? And 18mm for side where channel will be added.
 Q2. Can we apply profile section handle only in the middle of top of wardrobe drawer? I don’t want it for full width of drawer like we do for kitchen.
 Q3. What kind of cater wheels tyres would be good for wardrobe that is rarely moved? Q3. Is there any compromise on strength of shutter or drawer if we use concealed handle?

I guess they have not been installed properly... There is as such no complaint but the corners of the g-profile are sharp, and might get hurt in fast use.

Corners ke liye caps aate hai jo finishing degi. Sirf profile nahi lagate hai. Saat mei corner caps bhi dete hai hardware waale.
