I believe she simply began to write her ideas on cue cards or a screen in front of her, to keep her speech smooth and uninterrupted. Her ideas were always there, but speaking off the cuff is tougher for anyone. Glad she invested in that, it also allows her to look into the camera more continuously, too, which is nice.

Your guides want you to under-stand that they are communicating with you constantly, through the path of least resistance. Every thought you think, every word you speak, every motion you make, is receiving feedback communication from your higher mind(and spirit guides), through your e-motion. 💗 Have had a little experience but definitely careful who to reveal this to because total non-believers are ready to rubber stamp you as crazy. I received the auditory because I asked for concrete evidence of non-physical guides. After asking for guidance one of my guides appeared in human form and brought many messages to me directly but in riddles that I had to figure out and then understand. Decided to dive deeply into spiritual mentors and meditations. Huge learning curves with some success in reaching the space between thoughts but so fleeting as life chaos became crazier and more demanding. Thank you so much for sharing this inspiring video. I had a lucid dream last night and I asked one of my dream characters what the names of my spirit guides are. The dream character responded to my question without hesitation and said two very old and very foreign sounding names. The names of my spirit guides are so different from my language that I do not even know how to spell the names haha. this is not true. i found my true spirit guide yesterday, so i have been a little freaked out, not actually expecting this to really happen, and have been looking for information. I had an OBE once. I felt the presence of two beings on each side of me. I didn't see them. Before I got out of my body I remember reading some text messages in my mind. My mind was completely awake but my eyes were closed, yet I was able to read messages on a green screen. It was a really cool experience. I wish I could experience it again. I'm so far removed from my inner being that I've become totally and hopelessly lost. I want to believe and do, yet I cannot communicate with any beings. I don't fell that I belong on this planet. I've always felt awkward and ill at ease in this body, I have no chakras, I'm devoid of essence and I desperately need to find out who I am and why I'm hear. Stop seeking outside of you. Past lives, spirit guides, etcetera... That all does not matter. Hold your attention only on what is always here. Everything that passes has no reality of itself, it gets this reality from you. Now because you give so much attention to what appears in your mind (thoughts, images, feelings), you feel drained out. Simply just stop seeking it 'out there', wherever that is. And keep your attention on yourself. Be very clear that belief is not required and that this is actually what keeps you from being centered. The paranoid, the defensive, and combative survived and reproduced their genes. Feel good people died before they could. It's all about endorphins. Gold Hunter Living for survival only is the lowest form of living for a human being. Fear is a huge drain on your energy, a waste of your potential. Just because most people are driven by fear and the feeling of lack doesn't mean that evolving that way is a good thing. Recently I went through a dark period where I felt all of those things too and had to get help from a friend who does reiki and other shamanic healing work. I had a spiritual parasite that had to be removed it was blocking me from my higher self and draining my energy, it felt like it was blocking me from being connected to life. Once I had it removed i still had to do a lot of work to reset my mind to a more positive state of connectivity but I felt a million times better after the reiki treatment. There is a lot of help out there, it will come to you if you are seeking it but don't give up on yourself you are here for a reason 😊

melanie wilson The parasite is the ego and we all must transcend it. I do not doubt that things like reiki help alleviate suffering, but as long as the ego operates there will be resistance to life which results in more suffering and the build up of that suffering in the body resulting in even more resistance to that (suffering) and eventually illnesses. You cannot get rid of that by treating the symptoms (although you can alleviate the suffering of course) and then continue the same way. Even just believing you're the body will keep the ego alive. Not trying to be a buzzkill here, but the real solution is a simple one. Get to know your true self again.

Thank you for being open to critisism. Not many people are, and it shows your already on the right path. There's a wide variety of things you can do to raise your frequency, depending on what you need. What I've been doing has involved meditation, excersize, maintaining crystals, astral projecting, and changing my diet. If you're in a hurry, listening to tones can help open your 3rd eye faster. I also suggest watching Spirit Science for more info. Practice letting go of fear, for the most part.

So true about how your guides are an archetypal match to your intentions. After doing serious research into the religion that I had sworn to uphold (Christianity), I denounced it. My spirit guides at that time suddenly came to the surface harassing me! They threw the hell scenario at me. I had visions of being engulfed in flames with the words "REPENT, REPENT" across them. That's when I prayed and asked for NEW guides. I am very happy with the results. I still can't seem to wrap my head around the concept of "higher self" as a spiritual guide though. I have a hard time with the idea that we have split personalities as a normal state. I'm more inclined to believe that what we perceive as being Higher Self is in fact a spirit guide.

Thanks for your videos Teal. I love how articulate you are, explaining things in a coherent logical sequence....I connected with my spirit guide(s) couple of weeks ago, quite unintentionally. They communicated with me via writing. I had no knowledge and idea of the concept. As I was posing questions in my mind, a power beyond my conscious mind, was guiding me to write the answer, answers quite different from my rational mind. I knew then in my core, this is not me answering these question, but something beyond me. I thought it must be my unconscious mind, after watching this video, now I think they were my spirit guide(s).

My guides,a male and a female.i was able to meet at a,by me appointed spot ( a park of my creation),afer I raised my love-vibration as high as possible.They are both my Higher Self at his point in time.They were very happy that I was able to see them and thay waved at me,saying hi ! To the people feeling a need to point out things that just simply are not true - Teal is channelling energy, like she does in all of her videos, she'd just more candid about it here and is referring to her pointers along the way. The live seminar with Teal kick my ass and I follow the advice "it's a good time to start something and have fast results". So I try automatic writing. Yesterday answer was just some symbols that I can't understand, but today I've got a conversation with one of my guide that follow me since i'm an ado. I found very interesting his answers and that he often answer "why" to my question. I'll repeat this experience. Thank you so much Teal to share theses knowledge xxxxxxxx love

Also, as usual all that you say makes so much sense as related to my personal experience. It s uncanny. I can confirm the different types of "channels" we each are naturally endowed with, as well as the progressing to different levels of receptivity, as we move on to greater awareness. I am a mix of everything, but most strongly clairevoyance and spiritual. But have had auditory experiences too.

My grandfather is my ancestral guide. He was a fighter pilot in WW2 and my grandmother left him. My grandmother loved the middle east and was a dancer who put on shows. She knew Uday and Qusay, and took them to a horse race when they were children. I later joined the Marine Corp and went and destroyed Fallujah and stayed at Uday and Qusay resort turned into a fort. Now I have many spirit guides given to me by a powerful Shaman from the Embera Indian tribe and I sometimes hear them.

Lucid dreams, sleep paralysis, astral projection, can be mashed into one very overwhelming experience, all three have happened to me all together and at separate times. Once you learn to harness it, and control it, it becomes more and more interesting. In this enlightened and spiritual state you can often times communicate with your spirit guide. Most of the time in sleep paralysis, you will feel like you are being attacked, and its usually all the bottled down negativity you have, you are fighting your self. Astral projection is by far the most interesting state i have ever experienced. Since i was a child i would tell my mom that i seen and heard her talking to my dad the night before and i described things in detail. I would see & hear all kinds of things i couldn't explain or understand. And to this day i still experience things that are unexplainable. When i was a child i also unknowingly fell into deep meditation, i would sit and ponder my existence purpose and disconnect with my physical self and connect to my surroundings as a whole. I would get to the point to where i would see ripples in the walls doors and objects with the rhythm of my breathing. I never understood how and why i did it. I just would. It was like i was here before many times and things i did before stayed with me, like cooking baking, painting, creative writing, poetry, playing. Violin, piano, guitar, sculpting, singing and many other things. Spirituality is beautiful and when practicing it safely, sky is the limit.
