I used to have to use this when I was rehabbing from knee injuries in the USMC. You still break a good sweat without the pain of loading your full weight on your joints. Over time you increase your weight percentages until you can run on your own with minimal pain or risk of injury. I wish all gyms had this equipment

If this contraption lifts people up and reduces the weigh they normally carry on their knees, there is probably value in this. There seems to be a need for more research on protocols though, because this ease and speed of running will not transfer into real life. Muscle training and memory is one thing. Strength and endurance under normal conditions is another. The person could easily go out and injure themselves thinking they are stronger than they are.

well they filled it with his farts anyways because his farts are light like him because newtons law what goes in myst come out and stuff and since his farts are lighter than air because air is part of the universe which is super heavy, it makes it anti gravity. they call it anti cavity because its anti anal cavity smells, but switched it to gravity instead pf cavity because it leaves a bad taste in peoples mouths, again hence the word "cavity"
