I have owned both the Martin and Eastman in the past and I currently still have the Eastman E22SSV. The Martin was really warm and sweet sounding for finger picking but since I strum a lot the E22 would be my choice. They are incredibly resonant and loud along with sounding warm and vintage.

Coincidentally, I own, and play mostly, a Martin 00015m (all hog) and a Gibson J15 (spruce/walnut)

My choice is the Duesenberg. Both for the sound and the looks. I like it very much to look at my guitar when I’m not playing it … that’s a great joy. And I suppose I’m not the only one .

I own a Martin 000-15M StreetMaster that I can't really afford to keep, but the earthy, woody tone is just too addictive. All mahogany Martins is just the best of two worlds. I'm selling a 814ce just so I can feel better about owning the Martin. Good pick.

I bought the Eastman Romeo NYC from you last year. Awesome guitar in sounds, feel and looks. Sold my Gretsch quickly after.
