What are the Best Poi for Performance?

Quick overview of the best types of poi for many different performance styles, including but not limited to contact poi, LED poi, fire poi and more! This assessment also includes some basic information on choosing colors for stage lighting, considerations for choreography, and much more!
What are the best poi for performance? It's a complicated question that depends on a lot of variables, but I'm going to try to answer it in broadest strokes. The simplest answer is that you want poi that are going to be visible to a large number of people that could conceivably be a great distance away.
With that answer in place, you also have to make specific choices depending on how complex your choreography is and what the limitations of your performance space are. Here are links to a few of the types of poi that I talked about in this video:
