The biggest problem with the Nomad is its lack of quantum fuel. If it had more, I would make it a daily driver. Also, don't dismiss the Retaliator on the list. Very high armor, the most heavily armed cargo ship now, and can haul cargo AND torpedos (I wonder if CIG will ever make the modules transportable by other ships like the C2 or the Hull C).

I'm one of those that will not be simply jumping into Pyro. I'm going to allow the system of "justice" to sink in. I want to see how well that works in handling the griefers. By then, I will understand the "rule of engagement" better. I'm really looking forward for Terra.

I’ve been using the Zeus ES in pyro, I think that’s a good ship for the system

I got missile locked by a Firebird while approaching an outpost in my Zeus ES. I ran for it, still got hit by all 6 missiles, but I survived and was able to jump away before the second volley hit.

Another good ship would be the Starfarer Gemini, it has 3x S3 Shields, one of the highest amount of Fuel of all ships, Huge cargo space, space for vehicles 4x S4 guns for the Pilot and 3 Turrets with dual guns. The one on top is even 2x S5 Guns. And you have of course the refueling Option and 9x S3 Missles. Seriouls, its one of the best ships in Pyro, the only downside is that it is really slow and bad to manouver

Currently fine, but personally, I have put CCU in place to downsize a majority of my ships to max out at medium size vessels. If it asks for more than 3 crew, it may very well become a nightmare after engineering is in place. Without NPC to assist, solo in a large ship has the potential to be nothing but maintenance suck.

600i and Corsair's are great choices. Anything on the 600i rework rumors? Distances are going to be a challenge with most fighters. CIG really needs to give us a single player refueler. There should be misssions for refueling and using the Argo tug ship. We need the Vulcan to be flyable.

600i rework not currently scheduled for work. Probably won't be until CIG figure out exploration gameplay so they only have to rework it once. Vulcan is waiting on drone gameplay.

Yes I hope that CIG makes the missions and mobiglass updates they showed off at CITcon this year a priority for 2025, and I haven't seen any updates yet but it shouldn't take as long as a full ship that size so they are probably just waiting to schedule it in :)

As a long time eve player stealth only matters in lawless for causing trouble, its only fun there is no profit unless you're smuggling but there will always be gate campers so good luck without cloaking

I tried my Titan, but you can't even fit a 4scu box through the back door. Been using my Cutlass Black for smaller cargo missions because of the door flexibility and my Rambler to go out and explore settlements and grab loot.

i just can't get over that polaris is best ship for pyro. i don't even own it, but people in it are pretty safe.so what is better than bc safe, have hangar for smaller ship, medbed etc etc. but you guys are crazy to own it. you pay lots of money to sit in safe 😅

The vanguard is useless now. It’s firepower is awful. The nose guns are not gimbaled so the ESP aim correct does not work with it. Do not take it to pyro if you are expecting PVP. Why the C2 Vs the M2? The M2 can carry as many vehicle and plenty of scu. It also has more HP and an extra turret on the chin. I also would Not recommend a Reclaimer in Pyro. It’s hard to salvage solo and you are a sitting duck. It is crazy slow. Campers will eat you alive. You’re better off with a Vulture and go for passing through unseen. For a medium ship I’d take the Andromeda. Still has the 4 S5 guns, a size 3 shield, and 180k HP! More tanky than the Corsair.

Sorry Zyvhur, i want to be respectful but your picks are clear you lack logical thinking and proper reasoning. your picks are hardly any good in high security. your pick are pure failure in no security! no corp leader would ask you to take any of those ships and why do you continue to refuse to learn why your picks fail??? if you have a large fleet it matters much less but a solo player or a 2 man group or crew will die if they cant out speed and out G-force the attackers!!! why video after video do i say shields and hit points mean nothing more than YOU WILL DIE a few seconds slower!!! exploration doesnt exist in game yet and all ships are capable of the same level of exploration until it is introduced in game.... the best ships for pyro are interceptors if solo if your in a group any ship capable of performing your focus is good!!! shields and hit points are the last thing you need because the more you have the easier you are to catch and less agility to defend yourself. a buccaneer is the clear winner to survive or win. an titan is good but whats better than a titan? a warlock you can fit 2 scu in the rear of a warlock and or a pulse. are you looking to mine the best ship is prospector are you salvaging your best ship is vulcan are you looking to murder hobo its buccaneer are you looking to explore a warlock looking to loot goblin a titan looking for hauling the smallest ship that will do the job like a nomad or a freelancer max looking to PVE maybe a F7A medical C8R a 600i is never good for any game play!!! it is the last pick to enter lawless space. it will be the last pick for exploration it is the last pick for anything other than mid range level touring but touring isnt in game yet either so you should never be in a 600i

Yes I think CIG needs to really look at the refueling gameplay loop, but that one of the reasons I hope they focus on the beacons rework for the mobiglass that they showed of at CITcon
