James Gunn universe is definitely giving the vibe that it is pretty much shaped from the tomorrowverse ending more and more each day just with Gunn’s twist here and there obviously but flash was one of the characters who didn’t jump through portal so just under the impression that Barry might not be around or any speedster currently till someone breaks through the speed force

I love flash and batman. Didn't care to, then I did. Regret watching it heavily. I love grant and I don't need him but I need a good suit and how they did the fights in the first 3 seasons but higher quality.

As a Green Lantern fan, i does not surprise me one bit that WB execs completely underestimate the popularity of their top characters like The Flash or the aforementioned Green Lantern.

I can’t believe they used “he’s not popular” as an excuse. As a director, studio, writer, etc it’s your job to make him “popular”. You don’t just go “well he’s not popular so we’ll half ass this” 😭

The Flash movie not doing well because he’s not that popular of a character is a ridiculous lie to make. Everyone knows Ezra Miller did irreparable damage to ticket sales and that the movie itself was garbage. It served them right for ignoring Ezra’s crimes and making the movie anyways, but trying to sweep all that under the rug and claim character popularity, that just shows how much they haven’t learned their lesson yet.

The biggest problem that's gonna come from a james gun led hollywood flash movie is. . . whoever is writing and directing it. . . ISNT going to know what the speed force is nor understand how it works. Yes, I am comparing it to the problem young justice had.

What id personally do is have the big 5 Batman Superman Wonder Woman flash and green lantern each have a different type of project. Superman gets a movie Batman gets a movie but it’s really a Batman and Robin movie. Wonder Woman gets her own movie Green lantern has a hbo max tv show Flash gets an animated movie A flash animated movie is perfect because it won’t cost as much money and u can use an animated movie that tells the story of Barry Allen flash and wally west as kid flash. In the end Barry loses his powers and wally becomes the flash. Than whenever the live action justice league movie comes that’s where wally west debuts as the flash in live action. After the first league we can now give a live action movie to both flash and green lantern. In the flash movie wally is the main character obviously while Barry is a retired and married to iris and has kids. And u can still have Barry mentor wally in the movie. The reason wally should be the main flash is simply because at this point in the universe Damian Wayne is gonna be robin and if he’s robin than dick Grayson is 100% nightwing already in the universe. If Grayson is nightwing than naturally wally should be flash or growing out of the kid flash mantle

after what Ezra did, it going be away we see the flash again, if I was James I would either cast the flash last or just bring in grant gustin, there it a rumor that one of the main reason why the flash was cancel cause grant gustin was cast as the flash in the new reboot James DC I pray that would happened and the flash could show up anywhere, we probably won't know till after superigrl come out we going get most cast
