@@summerb758I had that happen a few years back and I just built them a heated shelter as it was winter, i might suggest something to help cool them this time of year. Very fast I learned not to leave out food for them. If you’re feeding them, do it and make sure they finish it. If they do not, make sure to bring the bowl indoors after a half hour or so. This is to prevent other animals from coming to enjoy said buffet. Where I live, Possums and raccoons were the biggest problems.

I mean to be fair I got an allergy test when they were trying to diagnose my reactive airway disease and I came up as allergic to cats. I've never been bothered by them before though, till I went to my ex-boyfriend's place that had 3 cats... Could have been regional allergies but they only live 30 minutes away and I didn't have the same symptoms at my house. 😮

I had to use an epi pen when I went to look at a pup at the humane society. My throat started closing and one of my eyes swelled shut and I was breaking into hives. It immediately went between my legs and started meowing. It was so scared. I had something very similar happen to me recently. I was driving down a busy, 4-lane street at rush hour. The traffic slowed to a crawl for no apparent reason. It turned out that a sudden downpour a little while earlier had washed a tiny , about 5 weeks old, kitten out of the storm drain, and he was running back and forth out in front of cars. Nobody was stopping. They were just driving around him. Of course, I stopped, but the little one was a real speed demon. I couldn't catch him before he ran up under my car and settled on top of a rear tire. I started panicking a little bit, but a very nice guy with long arms stopped to help. He reached up in there and got the kitten out. He handed the tiny kitten to me, and I threw him into the backseat and he almost made it back out! I took him home thinking that I would give him to my friend who's a vet so she could find him a home, but of course, by the time I got home, Andrew had a name and is now one of my kids (pets). 😊

that’s how I found my littlest baby, in the car tire of an SUV. I stopped traffic to get her out and from that moment on she was mine ❤ she passed away almost 2 years ago and I miss her so much.

My family's owned three cats since high school. Two found us, the third we chose as a rescue (natural bond from day one and I absolutely miss her so much. RIP Muffin). You don't find cats, they find you and it's usually when you need them most

What a dumb assumption to make. For all we know maybe they have four cats bc of her partner, I know more cat men than I do women. Maybe all their cats are rescues and they have enough resources and love for a fifth one. Maybe they'll just be a foster until the right family comes along. A least the kitten is going to someone that has plenty of cat experience.
