I just want to THANK YOU! I recently passed my exam here in MI. I was so lost trying to figure the rest out. I tried a couple brokers but had zero support. I didn’t know why I needed to join a board or MLS, until your videos! I am now a member of a board and MLS and know why I am lol. Thank you for all your support. It’s vital in this business and you are literally the only one I found willing to talk about and explain so much of what is newbies need to know!

so as a new agent, how much do you advise that we have in savings before we start?
@USRealtyTraining4 жыл бұрын
Hi, Sir. Karni! Thanks for commenting. If you're jumping full time into this career with no additional income (side business or a part-time job), then we recommend saving enough money to finance these expenses & fees and at least 3-months of personal expenses (rent, utility bills, travel, food, etc.). Some new agents will not find a client within the first 3-months of working, which is why we recommend saving that much. However, this is not the case for everyone. If you build your database before you have a license, you can hit the ground running. Since we don't know what your personal living expenses are, we recommend building a list of every expenses and fees you will experience. There's no specific number that we can recommended saving. I know that doesn't answer your question directly, but I hope this answer steers you in the right direction. Thanks again for the watching this video and commenting! Hope to hear from you again.

@@USRealtyTraining hi, thanks for the reply, i understand it would be difficult to give a number as each case is different, so this answer along with the video definitely helps me figure out an estimate, thanks again!

Hopefully this isn’t a stupid question! I am in the middle of my schooling and just was curious do any real estate companies provide business advertising for you? Like business cards and such?
@USRealtyTraining Жыл бұрын
Some brokerages have a marketing and advertising team that will help you create business cards, ads, and the like. It really depends on the brokerage, though. This is a great question to ask when you're interviewing which one you want to work for!

What are the fees @ your school for the 3 certificates? Are they on-line? Thank you!!

Good question. We have a few options that people can take: - Online only (access to all 3 courses and their ebooks) - Online + videos (online option but comes with videos of our in-person sessions, taught by Robert Rico) - Live webinar (online option but with a live webinar classroom component that is taught by a top-producing agent) - In-person (comes with the online option and is our classic classroom experience that is taught by a top-producing agent in the area.) Each option has their own cost, so I would recommend checking out this page on our website: www.carealtytraining.com/licensing/real-estate-license Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions!

When you sign with a brokerage, there are some upfront fees. But, this all depends on the brokerage you sign with. In regards to pre-licensing fees (real estate school, state exam fees, real estate license fee), these will need to be paid before you get them. So, you have to pay the fee for the exam and your license before you take the exam and get your license. This goes for real estate school too, but our program does offer payment plans which you can pay over a few months. Hope this helps!

It should be criminal how expensive it is to become a real estate agent. The pre-licensure fees weren’t really bugging me, but costing $1000 UPFRONT to join the NAR it’s like you basically have to choose. Do you want to pay for the NAR or do you want to pay your rent? 🙄

I am new broker. I had interview with one brokerage and I got overwhelmed. With this and that fees it's would cost me around $3500 per year. I'm not even sure if I will make enough sale during the year. I live in small coastal area, the houses are very expensive though but not sure how many people sale their houses per year.

$300 just to take the test in San Diego. Not $60
@USRealtyTraining3 жыл бұрын
Hey, Diyonne. This sounds like it could be the total of the Application Fee (~$60) AND the Real Estate License Fee (~$245.) Did you submit a combo form?
@TableForOne20252 жыл бұрын
The exam fee for Cali is $60 plus $245 license fee = $305 plus additional fees of roughly $70 for the LiveScan fee. The only place you should have taken the exam in San Diego is in Miramar which is $60….so I’m curious where you took your exam that cost $300?
